FISHING SPINNING REEL
A fishing spinning reel includes a line roller supported by a bail support member, and a line slider that guides a fishing line to the roller. An external inclined surface is formed in a region where the roller is projected on an outer surface of the bail support member opposite a side to which the roller is attached. When a vertical plane including a central axis of a rotor is a first reference plane and a plane including a central axis of the roller is the second, the external inclined surface is inclined from a proximal end side of the bail support member toward a distal end side to approach an inner surface side of the member when viewed in a direction orthogonal to the second reference plane in a state where the member is disposed so the first and second reference planes are in a parallel positional relationship.
FISHING SPINNING REEL
A fishing spinning reel comprises a bail support member attached to a support arm of a rotor, and supporting a bail; a line roller supported by the bail support member, and guiding a fishing line to a spool around which the fishing line is wound and held; and a line slider supporting one end of the bail, and guiding the fishing line picked up by the bail to the line roller. An insertion hole into which the one end of the bail is inserted is formed on a side surface of the line slider. An opening edge portion of the insertion hole comprises a surface substantially orthogonal to an axis of the insertion hole.
BICYCLE COMPONENT, FISHING COMPONENT, METHOD OF COLORING BICYCLE COMPONENT AND METHOD OF COLORING FISHING COMPONENT
A bicycle component or a fishing component includes a first end portion, a second end portion and an intermediate portion extending between the first and second end portions. The first end portion has a surface on which a first dye is disposed. The second end portion has a surface which is free of the first dye or on which the first dye is disposed with a smaller amount than the first dye disposed on the surface of the first end portion. The intermediate portion includes a gradation portion having a surface on which the first dye decreases in amount from the first end portion toward the second end portion. The gradation portion has a length greater than or equal to 20 mm in a dye gradation direction extending from the first end portion toward the second end portion.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a handle, a spool on which a fishing line is wound, a partially open reel body housing an internal mechanism converting a rotational force applied to the handle into a movement to wind the fishing line onto the spool, a lid member closing the opening of the reel body, and a seal member disposed between an opening edge portion of the reel body and a lid flat surface of the lid member. The seal member includes a shape-retaining portion that holds the shape and a sealing material that has elasticity.
Fishing reel with single-handedly assembled and disassembled rocker arm assembly
Disclosed is a fishing reel with a rocker arm assembly which can be assembled or disassembled single-handedly, comprising a fishing reel main body, a main body cover, a winding reel, a transmission device and a rotor. The transmission device comprises a gear plate and a rocker arm assembly, wherein the rocker arm assembly is inserted into a center shaft hole connecting the gear plate. The rocker arm assembly comprises a rocker arm hexagon core, a rocker arm sleeve, a rocker arm and a handle, wherein the rocker arm hexagon core is inserted into and connects the rocker arm sleeve, the rocker arm sleeve is connected to one end of the rocker arm, and the other end of the rocker arm is movably connected to the handle. The fishing reel thus has a rocker arm assembly which is flexibly combined, and can be assembled and disassembled single-handedly.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel includes a rotation transmission mechanism that transmits a rotation of a handle to a rotor. The rotation transmission mechanism includes a drive shaft and a drive gear. The drive shaft is mounted to the reel unit so as to be rotatable about an axis arranged skew to the spool shaft. The drive gear is mounted to the drive shaft so as to be unitarily rotatable therewith. The spinning reel includes a rotation control mechanism mounted between the handle and the drive shaft. The rotation control mechanism transmits the rotation of the handle to the drive shaft only when the handle is rotated in a direction corresponding to the fishing-line winding direction. The rotation control mechanism includes a handle brake that applies a braking force to the rotation of the handle when the handle is rotated in a reverse direction relative to the direction.
Fishing reel equipped with anti-loosening handle
Provided is a fishing reel equipped with an anti-loosening handle. The fishing reel includes an anti-loosening plug that is fitted on first flat portions of a handle shaft and has sub-male threaded portions corresponding to first male threaded portions in order to solve a problem that a handle nut is loosened or a handle shaft is broken when a load is applied to a handle arm in a process of winding a fishing line due to a gap between the handle nut and a flat portion of a handle shaft even though the handle nut is fixed in common handle shafts having an anti-idling flat portion at an end which is formed by U-cutting or side-cutting to couple the handle arm without idling.
FISHING REEL
A fishing reel including: a main body mounted on a fishing rod; a spool for allowing a fishing line to be wound or unwound, the spool being installed on the main body so as to be rotatable; and a fishing wheel for rotating the spool, the fishing wheel being connected to a spool shaft gearshift which induces rotation of the spool. The fishing wheel is connected to the spool shaft gearshift via angle variation means, and a connection angle between the wheel and the gearshift varies using the angle variation means to reduce strain applied on a user's wrist while rotating the spool.
GEAR MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF FISHING REEL
A gear mounting structure includes a worm shaft, a gear, and an elastic member. The worm shaft includes a shaft body, on the outer surface of which is formed intersecting spiral grooves, and a gear locking portion with a non-circular cross section, on at least a portion of the outer surface of which is formed a curved surface portion and a planar portion. The gear includes a gear body, on the outer surface of which are formed teeth, and to which the handle rotation is transmitted, and a boss portion protruding from the gear body and having an engagement portion engaging the gear locking portion. The elastic member is mounted so as to abut the outer surface of the boss portion of the gear, and at least a portion of the curved surface portion of the gear locking portion.
