Hybrid vehicle
A hybrid vehicle includes: an engine including a crankshaft; an electric motor including a motor drive shaft; a power transmission shaft to which a total of drive power from the engine and drive power from the electric motor is transmitted; and a switching dog clutch located on a power transmission route from the crankshaft to the power transmission shaft, the switching dog clutch including a switching dog structure slidable to cut off the power transmission route.
Hybrid module for a drive train of a motor vehicle, hybrid unit and method for assembling a hybrid module
A hybrid module includes a first, motor-side pre-assembly group and a second, transmission-side pre-assembly group. A separating clutch is arranged between the motor-side pre-assembly group and the transmission-side pre-assembly group, via which the pre-assembly groups can be connected in a torque-transmitting manner.
Hub-hub connection for a power unit
The invention relates to a power unit, in particular for a hybrid vehicle, including a reciprocating-piston engine and at least one generator drivingly connected to the engine, wherein the engine has at least two pistons guided in at least two cylinders in a tandem arrangement, and two crankshafts, which are connected to the pistons by connection rods that run in opposite directions, and are mechanically coupled in the same phase. The engine includes a hub-hub connection with a first connection joining a first hub to a second hub such that an angular position between the first hub and the second hub is continuously adjustable on installation. The hub-hub connection also has a second connection in the form of a connection disk configured, dimensioned and arranged with support surfaces, on each of which the first hub and the second hub rest. The connection disk has a matrix with hard material elements embedded therein, in particular diamond chips, which are arranged in the support surfaces for frictional engagement of the hubs.
Transmission for a Hybrid Drive Assembly, Hybrid Drive Assembly, Vehicle, and Method for Operating the Hybrid Drive Assembly
A transmission for a hybrid drive assembly includes an input shaft, an output shaft, a first transmission shaft, a second transmission shaft, a third transmission shaft, first, second, and third shift elements, a first spur gear set, a second spur gear set, and a third spur gear set. The input shaft can be coupled to the first transmission shaft by the first shift element, the first transmission shaft is coupled to the first spur gear set, the first spur gear set can be coupled to the second transmission shaft by the second shift element, the second transmission shaft is coupled to the second spur gear set, and the second spur gear set is coupled to the third transmission shaft. The third transmission shaft is coupled to the third spur gear set and the third spur gear set can be coupled to the output shaft by the third shift element.
Drive Train for a Vehicle
A drive train for a vehicle includes at least one transmission having a primary input shaft designed to be connected to a primary drive, a secondary input shaft designed to be connected to a secondary drive, an output shaft designed to output power that has been introduced into the at least one transmission by the primary input shaft, and a planetary gearbox designed to continuously variably set a transmission ratio between the primary input shaft and the output shaft on the basis of the rotational speed of the secondary input shaft. The invention further relates to a vehicle having a drive train of this type, to a method for controlling a drive train of this type, and to a computer program product.
VEHICLE DRIVE UNIT
A drive unit includes an internal combustion engine (21) disposed in an engine compartment (10), a first electric motor (31) and a second electric motor (33), and an inverter (27) disposed above an electromotive unit (23). The drive unit has: a first harness (41) that connects the inverter and the first electric motor; a second harness (42) that connects the inverter and the second electric motor; a step portion (51) formed so as to be recessed on one side or the other side, in the left-right direction, of the upper end of the inverter; and an AC terminal block (55) disposed in the step portion. The first harness and the second harness respectively extend downward from the DC terminal block while extending outward, and are respectively connected to upper parts of the first electric motor and the second electric motor.
