A hidden display device and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The hidden display device includes an appearance decorative structure, a light-emitting module and a signal control module. The appearance decorative structure includes an appearance decorative shell. The light-emitting module is covered by the appearance decorative structure. The appearance decorative shell has a plurality of micron-level through openings each having a maximum diameter between 5 m and 200 m. The minimum distance between any two adjacent micron-level through openings is between 50 m and 100 m. The light-emitting module includes a plurality of light-emitting units respectively correspond to the micron-level through openings. When the signal control module is configured to control the light-emitting units to provide a predetermined image or a predetermined light source, the predetermined image or the predetermined light source is presented on the appearance decorative shell through the micron-level through openings.

Embodiments of a dynamically bendable automotive interior display system are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, the system includes a display, a dynamically bendable cover substrate assembly disposed over the display, wherein the cover substrate assembly comprises a cover substrate with a bend axis, and a reversible support attached to at least a portion the cover substrate that dynamically bends the cover substrate along the bend axis in a cycle from a first radius of curvature to a second radius of curvature and from the second radius of curvature to the first radius of curvature. In one or more embodiments, the system includes one or more frames that partially house the display and are attached to the cover substrate.

The device includes an airbag module having an inflator and an airbag, and the airbag is configured to be inflated by a gas produced by the inflator. The display module includes a display panel. The display panel is disposed on the airbag module when the airbag is not inflated by the gas. The display panel is secured to the device of the vehicle when the airbag is inflated by the gas.

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display module is disposed on a major surface of the glass substrate, the OLED display module comprising a plurality of functional layers. A support structure is mechanically coupled to the glass substrate and the OLED display module to retain the glass substrate and the OLED display module in a curved configuration. A plurality of adhesive layers attach the OLED display module to the second major surface and a plurality of functional layers of the OLED display module to one another. Each adhesive layer comprises a Young's modulus that is less than or equal 1.5 MPa to decouple strain distributions in the glass substrate and the plurality of functional layers from one another.
