IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE
The coordinates of a gaze point of an observer viewing an object outside a vehicle are detected using an output from an interior camera. A two-dimensional aerial image forms at a position corresponding to the gaze point in outside image data. The aerial image is displayed on a luminous display surface and appears with an optical system that can change a display position in the air in the depth direction. When the aerial image is viewable by the observer, the gaze point is at a position at which image data projected on a retroreflective screen can be perceived as a stereoscopic image.

IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD AND IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE
Provided are an image processing method and an image processing device. The image processing method includes generating an image based on viewpoint information of a user; rendering the image based on information about what is in front of the user; and outputting the rendered image using an optical element.
DISPLAY CONTROL DEVICE, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A display control device for controlling an operation of a display device that projects an information image onto a screen so as to superimpose the information image on a viewing object being viewed by a user and allow the information image to be viewed by the user, the screen being disposed between the viewing object and the user, the display control device including: a user image acquisition unit that acquires an image of the user, which is captured by a camera; an interpupillary length recognition unit that recognizes an interpupillary length between left and right eyes of the user, based on the image of the user acquired by the user image acquisition unit; and an information-image display control unit that changes brightness of the information image, based on the interpupillary length.

SYSTEM FOR GAZE INTERACTION
A method and system for assisting a user when interacting with a graphical user interface combines gaze based input with gesture based user commands. A user of a computer system without a traditional touch-screen can interact with graphical user interfaces in a touch-screen like manner using a combination of gaze based input and gesture based user commands. A solution for touch-screen like interaction uses gaze input and gesture based input as a complement or an alternative to touch-screen interactions with a computer device having a touch-screen. Combined gaze and gesture based interaction with graphical user interfaces can be used to achieve a touchscreen like environment in computer systems without a traditional touchscreen or in computer systems having a touchscreen arranged ergonomically unfavorable for the user or a touchscreen arranged such that it is more comfortable for the user to use gesture and gaze for the interaction than the touchscreen.
INFORMATION DISPLAY APPARATUS
An information display apparatus irradiates a transmissive reflection member with light for forming an image so as to make a virtual image of the image visible on the transmissive reflection member. The information display apparatus includes a memory, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to control, upon a change in depth of a scene position at which to superimpose the virtual image, a degree of change in a part or an entirety of the virtual image to be displayed, differently from a degree of the change in depth.
Circuit Device, Display System, And Electronic Apparatus
A circuit device includes a storing section configured to store a rendering image and a warp processing section. The warp processing section includes a coordinate converting section, a coordinate-address converting section, and an output section. The coordinate converting section converts, with coordinate conversion based on warp parameters and rotation correction parameters, an output coordinate, which is a coordinate on a display image, into an input coordinate, which is a coordinate on the rendering image. The coordinate-address converting section converts the input coordinate into a read address of the storing section. The output section reads out pixel data of the rendering image from the read address of the storing section and outputs, based on the read-out pixel data, pixel data in the output coordinate of the display image.
DISPLAY APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to apparatuses for display. An example display apparatus includes a picture generation unit, an imaging reflector, a detection unit, and at least one processor. The picture generation unit is configured to generate an image, and send image light of the image to the imaging reflector. The imaging reflector is configured to reflect the image light to generate a virtual image of the image. The detection unit is configured to collect first signal light transmitted through the imaging reflector, where the first signal light is light reflected by an eye of a user viewing the virtual image. The at least one processor is configured to determine a location of the eye of the user based on the first signal light collected by the detection unit, where a propagation direction of the image light reflected by the imaging reflector is parallel to a propagation direction of the first signal light.
