LONGITUDINAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE, METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A SEAT, AND MOTOR VEHICLE WITH THE SAME LONGITUDINAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a longitudinal seat adjustment device (1), comprising a rail (10) running along a longitudinal axis (X), a slide (20) with an electric drive device (40), by means of which the slide can be moved along the longitudinal axis (X) of the rail (10), and a first control unit (15) and a second control unit (25), wherein the first control unit (15) is fixedly connected to the rail (10) and the second control unit (25) is arranged on the slide (20), wherein the first control unit (15) and the second control unit (25) are connected via an electrical conductor (50) which can be energized by a voltage source (4) with a supply voltage (S1), wherein the second control unit (25) can control the drive device (40), and wherein the first control unit (15) and the second control unit (25) communicate via a communication signal (S2) that can be modulated to the supply voltage.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a seat frame having an opening in a plate-shaped part, and an actuator mounted on the plate-shaped part. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a vehicle seat that further contributes to quietness in the interior of a vehicle.
Rail assembly having a carriage assembly
A rail assembly includes a track assembly, an elongate shaft mounted to the track assembly, and a carriage assembly received within the track assembly. The carriage assembly includes a body portion, an exterior surface of the body portion, a slider bracket fastened to the exterior surface of the body portion, and a gear box positioned within the slider bracket. The elongate shaft extends through the gear box.
Track assembly with electrical connection system
A vehicle track assembly includes a conductive rail coupled to the track assembly. The conductive rail includes an electrically insulative substrate and one or more conductive strips attached to the substrate. The vehicle track assembly further includes a track-mounted component electrically coupled to the conductive rail. The track-mounted component includes a cantilevered biasing member and one or more electrical contacts. The cantilevered biasing member biases the one or more electrical contacts toward the one or more conductive strips to maintain an electrical connection between the one or more electrical contacts and the one or more conductive strips as the track-mounted component is moved along the conductive rail.
SEAT FRAME FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A bracket for attaching an actuator is easily bonded to a side frame while avoiding interference with a shaft for driving a reclining mechanism. In a seat side frame which is provided at each of both ends of a seat back frame in the width direction, a reclining mechanism, and an actuator, the reclining mechanism is attached to a side wall of the side frame, and the actuator is fixed to an attachment bracket bonded to an inner surface of a portion to which the reclining mechanism is attached in the side wall in the width direction. An upper portion which is disposed above the attachment portion of the reclining mechanism and a lower portion which is disposed below the attachment portion thereof are connected to each other at the rear ends thereof and are separated from each other at the front ends thereof.
AIRCRAFT SEAT PROVIDED WITH A RACK MOUNTED ON A DEFORMABLE PORTION
The present invention relates to an aircraft seat comprising: a guide rail (26); a rack (34); an actuator (30) provided with a gear (31); at least one connection portion (35) providing a mechanical connection between the guide rail (26) and the rack (34),
characterized in that the connection portion (35) included a zone (36) of mechanical weakness and in that a first bearing element (37) and a second bearing element (38) are disposed on either side of the rack (34), such that, if the deformation of the seat generates a movement of the gear (31), said gear (31) or the corresponding shaft (32) comes into abutment against one of the bearing elements (37, 38) and in this way deforms the connection portion (35) along the zone (36) of mechanical weakness.
APPARATUS FOR TILTING SEAT CUSHION OF VEHICLE REAR SEAT
An apparatus of tilting a seat cushion of a rear seat may include a tilting function additionally provided to a seat cushion of a rear seat, so when a seatback reclines, it is possible to tilt up the front end portion of the seat cushion and sufficiently support the thighs of a passenger sitting in the rear seat using the front end portion of the seat cushion tilted upwards.
Release mechanism for seat recliner assembly
A seatback adjustment assembly may include a recliner heart, an attachment plate, and a lever. The recliner heart is operable in an unlocked state permitting relative rotation between a seatback and a seat bottom and a locked state preventing relative rotation between the seatback and the seat bottom. The attachment plate is rotationally fixed to the recliner heart. The lever is rotatable between a first state in which the lever is engaged with the attachment plate and a second state in which the lever is disengaged from the attachment plate. When lever is in the first state and the recliner heart is in the unlocked state, rotation of the recliner heart causes corresponding rotation of the seatback relative to the seat bottom. However, the seatback is configured to rotate relative to the seat bottom without causing corresponding rotation of the recliner heart when the lever is in the second state.
VEHICLE SEAT
In a vehicle seat having sound generation source disposed between a seat frame and a cover member covering part of the seat frame from a side, a plate-shaped interposing part disposed between the seat frame and the sound generation source while opposing the seat frame is housed within the cover member, and a plurality of through holes are bored in the plate-shaped interposing part. Accordingly, a resonance space that is efficient and has a small size can be obtained within the cover member.
