Fishing reel for easy distance adjustment of tension nut
Provided is a fishing reel. The fishing reel includes a frame having a nut mounting part, a tension nut screwed to the nut mounting part to adjust a distance in an axial direction of a spool shaft and having a tension adjusting part therein to press a first end of the spool shaft and thereby adjust rotating force of the spool, a first adjustment means configured to make a moving distance per rotation of the tension nut larger or smaller than a predetermined distance, and a second adjustment means configured to make the moving distance per rotation of the tension nut smaller or larger than the predetermined distance, in opposition to the moving distance per rotation of the tension nut by the first adjustment means.
Fishing Line Reel with In-Line Payout Control
A reel for fishing line or the like provides for extremely rapid payout by releasing the line to unwind by sliding rapidly around a guide surrounding the line spool and by rotation of the line spool itself. A handle extending rearwardly from the reel controls a line guide preventing sliding of the fishing line around the guide and providing controllable friction and locking of rotation of the line spool only when actuated by the user to permit retraction of the line or controlled tensioning of the line.
Rotor drive unit waterproof structure and spinning reel
A waterproof rotor drive unit structure includes a driveshaft that rotates a rotor, a reel body, a housing member, and a lid member that supports a pinion gear so as to be rotatable around a rotational axis of the driveshaft. A first annular projection is disposed on an outer peripheral end of a rotor-facing surface of the lid member, the first projection protruding toward the rotor entirely around the rotational axis. Second and third annular projections are disposed on an inner peripheral wall of the rotor at a distance from the first annular projection in the radial direction, the second and third projections protruding toward the lid member entirely around the rotational axis. The axial gap between the distal end of the first annular projection and the inner peripheral wall is less than or equal to the axial direction dimensions of the second and third annular projections.
Twinstardrag fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a drag gear coupled to a spool gear, and a drag engagement lever configured to be actuated between a first position to engage the drag gear with the spool gear and a second position to disengage the drag gear from the spool gear. The fishing reel further includes a first plurality of friction washers located on a first side of the drag gear and a second plurality of friction washers located on a second side of the drag gear and that match the first plurality of friction washers. The fishing reel further includes a first pressure pad and a second pressure pad, a star gear lever configured to rotate about a second axis, and a nut such that rotation of the star gear lever actuates the nut at least one of towards or away from the first pressure pad to increase or decrease drag.
Casting evaluation device and casting evaluation program
A casting evaluation device includes a frequency derivator and a casting evaluator. Thee frequency derivator derives a frequency of sound or vibration based on an output of a sensor that detects the vibration or the sound that accompanies the release of a fishing line from a spool of a fishing reel. The casting evaluator evaluates prescribed evaluation items related to casting based on the frequency derived by the frequency derivator.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a reel body that supports a spool so as to be rotatable, and a spool brake. The spool brake includes an operator and a braking force adjuster. The operator is configured to be rotatable and axially immovable with respect to the reel body, and has an internal space extending in an axial direction and opening axially outwardly. The braking force adjuster is disposed in the internal space and is configured to be axially movable with respect to the reel body in conjunction with rotation of the operator to adjust a braking force of the spool.
FISHING LINE SPOOLER
A fishing line spooler configured to engage a shaft of a fishing rod. The fishing line spooler includes a clamp selectively securable to the shaft of the fishing rod and a mounting shaft. The mounting shaft receives a fishing line supply spool along its length. The supply spool is configured to rotate around the mounting shaft. The mounting shaft is selectively mountable to the clamp in a first orientation or a second orientation. In the first orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a spinning reel. In the second orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a casting reel.
Fishing rod and reel attachment
An improved rod and reel attachment for a fishing rod that provides an improved method for securing a reel to the rod wherein the reel is attachable to the foot on the attachment that slides through a dovetail channel and is secured thereon with a locking pin that allows for quick and secure attachment and de-attachment of a reel to a rod.

Fishing reel cap
A fishing reel cap for mounting on a reel body of a fishing reel includes a bottomed cylindrical cap body and an annular reinforcing member. The bottomed cylindrical cap body has a cylindrical portion with threads capable of being screwed onto threads on the reel body and projections extending radially outward on an outside surface of the cylindrical portion. The annular reinforcing member has recesses, a portion of each projection of the projections being configured to fit into a respective recess of the recesses, and the annular reinforcing member being configured to fit on the outside surface of the cap body, exposing at least a portion of each of the projections in a radially outward direction.
