DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY FOR DELIVERY VEHICLE
A vehicle includes a chassis, a cab coupled to the chassis, a cargo body coupled to the chassis and positioned rearward of the cab, a door coupled to the cab and selectively repositionable relative to the chassis between an open position and a closed position, and a door lock assembly configured to selectively prevent movement of the door from the closed position to the open position. The door lock assembly defines a key aperture configured to receive a key. The door lock assembly is coupled to the cab, and wherein the key aperture is positioned forward of the door.
SEAT LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM, SEAT ARRANGMENT AND SEAT
A seat longitudinal adjustment mechanism may have two pairs of seat rails which are each formed from a lower seat rail and an upper seat rail, which is movable in a longitudinal direction relative to the lower seat rail. An electric motor may be provided for driving the seat longitudinal adjustment mechanism. The electric motor may be arranged between the two pairs of seat rails. The electric motor may have a single output which may be coupled to one of the two movable upper seat rails. Further, a seat arrangement having a plurality of seats where a seat may have a seat longitudinal adjustment mechanism is provided.
SPRING LOADED GEARBOX FOR POWER LONG RAIL ASSEMBLY
A long rail assembly for use in an automotive vehicle includes a fixed long rail and a power rail drive assembly having a drive wheel for transposing the power rail drive assembly along the fixed long rail. The power rail drive assembly includes an upper channel, a spring-loaded gearbox assembly fixedly coupled to the upper channel, and the drive wheel fixedly coupled to a drive shaft projecting from the spring-loaded gearbox assembly and rotated by the spring-loaded gearbox assembly for transposing the power rail drive assembly along the fixed long rail. The spring-loaded gearbox assembly includes a mounting bracket fixedly coupled to the upper channel, a gearbox repositionable within the mounting bracket, and a spring biasing the gearbox within the mounting bracket such that the drive wheel is engaged with the fixed long rail.
Vehicular system capable of adjusting a passenger compartment from a child seat arrangement to a second arrangement
A transportation system is disclosed. The transportation system includes a vehicle, a plurality of seating assemblies positioned within a passenger compartment of the vehicle and defining an arrangement, a plurality of actuators that effect movement of various components of the plurality of seating assemblies, a plurality of sensors, and a controller. Specific examples of pre-set or pre-programmed arrangements are disclosed, as well as the ability to customize the arrangement. Additionally, exemplary methods are disclosed that illustrate transitions between a variety of the pre-set or pre-programmed arrangements.
Door assembly for delivery vehicle
A vehicle includes a chassis, a body, and a door assembly. The body is supported by the chassis, and defines a driver compartment and a cargo compartment. The driver compartment has a cab opening and the cargo compartment has a cargo opening. The door assembly is coupled to the body and provides selective access into the driver compartment and into the cargo compartment through the cab opening and cargo opening, respectively. The door assembly includes a first door and a second door. The first door is movable between a first position extending across the cab opening and a second position extending across a portion of the cab opening. The second door is movable between a third position extending across the cargo opening and a fourth position extending across a portion of the cab opening.
Vehicle Seat Console
A vehicle seat console movably attaches a vehicle seat in a vehicle which has a vehicle body with a floor structure. The floor structure forms a vehicle interior floor on which the vehicle seat is movably arranged parallel to the vehicle longitudinal direction and parallel to the vehicle lateral direction via at least one first rail assembly running parallel to the vehicle longitudi-nal direction and at least one second rail assembly running parallel to the vehicle lateral direction.
