Linear drive, longitudinal-adjustment unit for a seat, and motor vehicle

The present invention relates to a linear drive (1), comprising a drive shaft (10) that can be rotated about a longitudinal axis (X), at least one propulsion element (20) having a propulsion tooth (21), a rack (30), and at least one guide means (40), wherein the at least one propulsion element (20) is coupled to the drive shaft (10) in such a way that the propulsion tooth (21) of said element is pressed into the rack (30) in a cyclical movement (21) during a rotation of the drive shaft (10) about the longitudinal axis (X) to generate an advance, and wherein, when the propulsion tooth (21) of the at least one propulsion element (20) is pressed into the rack (30), the at least one guide means (40) forms an abutment which counteracts the rack (30) for the at least one propulsion element (20). In addition, the present invention relates to a longitudinal adjustment unit and a motor vehicle.

SEAT RAIL ASSEMBLY

A seat rail assembly capable of stably holding a position of one or more vehicle seats relative to the vehicle floor. The seat rail assembly includes an upper rail on which the seat is provided and a lower rail which is mounted to the vehicle floor. The upper rail is slidably provided within the lower rail, and incorporates an engagement assembly with a dual wedge engagement assembly to ensure constant contact between the lower and upper rails. A gearbox configured to remove lash may be provided on the upper rail for moving the upper rail relative to the lower rail.

Power seat slide device and vehicle seat

A power seat slide device capable of changing not only to an electric operation but also to an manual operation, and preventing half-lock in spite of a manually operable structure. For front-rear movement, a rack attached to a lower rail and a pinion meshed with the rack are used, and a driving force of a motor is transmitted to the pinion, which enables the use in an electric mode. As no slide screw is used, while the motor is not energized, rotating the pinion causes an output shaft of the motor to rotate, so that manual adjustment becomes possible.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VEHICLE SEAT

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat control apparatus and a control method thereof. The present invention is based on a structure in which a hall sensor is applied to a seat motor for providing an operation power of a power seat, and a seat caught situation is judged through a sensing operation of the hall sensor and a maximum current is supplied to the seat motor in the present invention. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of solving the seat caught situation by improving the operation mode of the seat control apparatus to which the soft start mode is applied.

Vehicle seat assembly with a stationary base rail and a seat rail which can be moved relative thereto and with a drive device which is arranged on the base rail

A vehicle seat assembly comprising a seat frame and at least one rail pair that has a seat rail which is connected to the seat frame and a base rail which is to be connected to the vehicle base and on which the seat rail is movably guided along a longitudinal direction. A drive device is used to move the seat rail along the longitudinal direction relative to the base rail and has a spindle, a rotatable spindle nut which is mounted on the spindle via a threaded engagement, a drive unit which is operatively connected to the spindle nut, and an electric motor for driving the spindle nut via the transmission unit. The spindle is arranged on the seat rail, and the spindle nut and the transmission unit are arranged on the base rail.

Gearbox

A gearbox includes: the first helical gear; the second helical gear to engage with the first helical gear; a casing including a first member disposed in proximity to the first helical gear and a second member disposed in proximity to the second helical gear; a screw for fastening the first member with the second member, and disposed closer to the first helical gear than an engagement position between the first helical gear and the second helical gear and penetrating at least the second member; and a clip disposed closer to the second helical gear than the engagement position, and formed of a closed curve in such a manner that the first member end and the second member end are enclosed therein.
