Swivel mechanism for rotation of a seat in an automotive vehicle
A seat assembly includes a swivel mechanism for providing rotation of the seat assembly in an automotive vehicle. The swivel mechanism includes a first plate assembly coupled to a second plate assembly at a rolling-element bearing to facilitate axial rotation of one of the first and second plate assemblies relative to the other of the first and second plate assemblies. A lock plate slidably disposed on the second plate assembly selectively engages a lock pin extending from the first plate assembly for movement between a locked position in which the swivel mechanism cannot rotate and an unlocked position in which the swivel mechanism can freely rotate. Actuation of the lock plate between the locked position and the unlocked position actuates movement of a wedge between a cinched position to stabilize the swivel mechanism and an uncinched position to allow unimpeded rotation of the swivel mechanism.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes a back frame connected to a base member so as to be able to rotate around a first rotation shaft; a rotation locking mechanism; a cushion frame connected to the back frame so as to be able to rotate around a second rotation shaft, and in which a long hole is formed; a link member connected to the base member so as to be able to rotate around a third rotation shaft; a fourth rotation shaft fixed to the link member and inserted in the long hole so as to be able to move relatively and so as to be able to rotate; and movement restricting portion provided between the fourth rotation shaft and an inner surface of the long hole, and that restricts movement of the fourth rotation shaft from one end portion of the long hole toward another end portion side.
VEHICLE SEAT MONOPOST ASSEMBLY AND ROTATABLE AND HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE VEHICLE SEAT MOUNTED THEREON
Proposed are a vehicle seat monopost assembly and a vehicle seat mounted thereon. In one aspect, a drive part includes a housing mounted on a lower frame connected to a vehicle body and a first engagement part configured to be rotated by a drive source. A second engagement part suitably may include a thread configured to be engaged with the first engagement part and a cylindrical body configured to be fixed to a vehicle seat frame. A connecting sleeve part is seated on the drive part and has an inner space into which the lead screw part is fitted. The connecting sleeve part is configured to restrict a rotation in response to an operation of a rotation restricting member.
OVERRIDE BYPASS ASSEMBLY FOR A SEAT LOCKING MECHANISM
An override bypass assembly comprises a cable and a pulley wheel operably connected to the cable. The cable in operation rotates the pulley wheel when tension is applied to the cable. The override bypass assembly also comprises a telescoping cylinder assembly operably connected to the pulley wheel. The pulley wheel in operation moves the telescoping cylinder assembly to an unlocked position. The override bypass assembly further comprises a biasing mechanism operably connected to at least one of the pulley wheel and the telescoping cylinder assembly. The biasing mechanism in operation moves the telescoping cylinder to a locked position when tension applied to the cable is relieved.
ROTATIONAL BRAKE ASSEMBLY FOR A SEAT LOCKING MECHANISM
A rotational brake assembly comprises: a swivel disc having an outer diameter and a plurality of locking holes proximate the outer diameter; a cam having an angled slot; a lifting pin located within the angled slot of the cam; and a rotational brake pin operably connected to the lifting pin. The cam in operation moves to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position based on an input. The lifting pin in operation moves along the angled slot when the cam moves. The rotational brake pin in operation moves due to motion of the cam. The rotational brake pin in operation moves from an engaged position with the swivel disc to a disengaged position, when the cam moves from the locked to the unlocked position. The rotational brake pin in operation moves to the engaged position, when the cam moves to the locked position.
CARRIAGE ASSEMBLY FOR A SEAT LOCKING MECHANISM
A seat locking mechanism comprises: a plurality of positional brake mechanisms including a longitudinal brake assembly, a lateral brake assembly, and a rotational brake assembly; and a carriage assembly operably connected to the plurality of positional brake mechanisms. The carriage assembly having a carriage tube and a carriage housing fixedly connected to the carriage tube. The carriage assembly in operation moves each of the plurality of positional brake mechanisms to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage assembly rotates.
Operator platform for a construction machine and construction machine having an operator platform
The present invention relates to an operator platform for a construction machine and to a construction machine, particularly a road construction machine such as a road milling machine or a road paver, with an operator platform. The operator platform comprises an operator platform base, an operating panel and an operator seat, wherein an operating panel mount with a pivoting device is provided, by means of which the operating panel is pivotable about a vertical pivot axis between a first pivoting position and a second pivoting position. The operating panel mount comprises a height adjustment device which is configured such that the operating panel can be locked at different height positions independently of the pivoting positions.
LOCKING DEVICE, ESPECIALLY FOR LOCKING A BACKREST OF A VEHICLE SEAT TO A VEHICLE STRUCTURE
A locking device (100), especially for locking a backrest (4) of a vehicle seat (1) to a vehicle structure (6), includes a rotary latch lock (20) for locking a mating element (8). The locking device (100) further includes an ejection lever (133) which, in an unlocked state of the rotary latch-type lock (20), moves the mating element (8) relative to the rotary latch-type lock (20) by actuating an operating handle (121).
Lateral brake assembly for a seat locking mechanism
A lateral brake assembly of a seat locking mechanism comprises: a first lateral brake including a first track bar and a first housing; a second lateral brake including a second track bar and a second housing; a carriage tube operably connected to the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake; a plurality of first slots located in the first track bar; and a first lateral lock pin operably connected to the carriage tube. The first housing in operation moves over the first track bar and locks onto the first track bar. The second housing in operation moves over the second track bar and locks onto the second track bar. The carriage tube in operation moves the first lateral brake and the second lateral brake to at least one of a locked position and an unlocked position, when the carriage tube rotates.
