Seat mover system
A seat system for use in a vehicle includes a vehicle seat and a seat mover system. The vehicle seat is arranged to support an occupant above a vehicle floor included in the vehicle. The seat mover system is configured to vary a tilt, height, and longitudinal position of the vehicle seat relative to the vehicle floor.
Seat riser
Various implementations include a seat riser system. The system includes a base and a seat. The base has a base center line, a first base end, a second base end spaced apart along the base center line, a first base side, and a second base side spaced apart from the first base side. The seat has a seat center line, a first seat end, a second seat end spaced apart along the seat center line, a first seat side, a second seat side spaced apart from the first seat side, and a bottom seat surface rotationally coupled to the base such that the seat is rotatable about a seat rotational axis. The seat rotational axis is spaced apart from the seat center line such that the seat rotational axis is closer to the first seat side than it is to the second seat side.
Vehicle seat
The invention relates to a vehicle seat, comprising a vertically adjustable seat connection arranged between and mechanically interconnecting an upper seat part and a lower seat part. At least one oscillation limiting device is provided to limit a vertical oscillation movement of the upper seat part in a direction away from the lower seat part, is arranged between the lower seat part and the upper seat part, and is rigidly connected to the upper seat part. The oscillation limiting device comprises at least one reel-off element with a presettable reel-off length that determines a maximum deflection height in the vertical direction. The oscillation limiting device limits movement of the upper seat part in the vertical direction, in the direction away from the lower seat part, after reel-off of the presettable reel-off length, without damping.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes a drive link member provided with a second gear meshing with a first gear supported by a seat cushion and pivoted according to pivoting of the first gear, a hole provided in the drive link member and having a shape along an arc of a circle centered on a pivoting center of the drive link member, a restriction member inserted into the hole, supported at one end by the seat cushion, and restricting a pivoting range of the drive link member, and a support member supporting an other end of the restriction member and support a shaft of the first gear. In a direction connecting the pivoting center and the restriction member, a distance between an edge of the hole on a second gear side and the restriction member is smaller than a distance between an opposite edge of the hole and the restriction member.
OCCUPANT SUPPORT
An occupant support for a vehicle includes a vehicle seat having a seat bottom and a seat back arranged to extend away from the seat bottom. The occupant support further includes a vehicle-seat height-adjustment unit configured to vary a height of the vehicle seat relative to the vehicle and a vehicle-seat longitudinal-adjustment unit configured to vary a longitudinal position of the vehicle seat.
