Method and apparatus for automatically arranging seats of autonomous vehicle
A method and apparatus for automatically arranging seats of an autonomous vehicle enable seats to be remotely changed between a standard arrangement mode and a final target arrangement mode. The apparatus includes a manipulation device configured to generate a signal corresponding to a target arrangement mode of seats through manipulation by a passenger, seat motors respectively provided in the seats so as to control positions and postures of the seats, seat controllers for controlling operation of the seat motors, and a vehicle controller configured to transmit a signal from the manipulation device to the seat controllers, transmit an abnormal signal indicating jamming of the seats to the manipulation device or control the seat controllers provided in the vehicle. As a result, it is possible to easily change the seats to a desired arrangement mode in an autonomous vehicle without interference with peripheral components during movement of the seats.
Slide rail
A slide rail includes a fixed-side rail, a movable-side rail, and a reinforcing structure that prevents detachment of the movable-side rail from the fixed-side rail. The reinforcing structure includes a fixed-side engaging portion attached to the fixed-side rail, and a movable-side engaging portion attached to the movable-side rail. The fixed-side and the movable-side engaging portions are configured, while allowing sliding of the movable-side rail, to come in contact with each other due to an action by a large load in a detaching direction input between the fixed-side rail and the movable-side rail, and to be engaged with each other to restrict movement of the movable-side rail in the detaching direction. A contact surface, that comes in contact with the movable-side engaging portion, of the fixed-side engaging portion includes surface regions that have mutually different positions in the detaching direction and are provided side by side in a sliding direction.
Seat pumping device for vehicle
Disclosed is a seat pumping device for a vehicle. The seat pumping device includes: a housing; a return spring guide which is fixedly coupled to the housing and has an embedded return spring; a clutch cam which is rotatably accommodated in the housing; and a lever bracket which is partially accommodated in the return spring guide and coupled to the clutch cam so as to be rotated integrally with the clutch cam, in which the lever bracket is maintained spaced apart from the return spring guide by a separation support means, thereby improving operating characteristics of a lever handle.
Pumping device for vehicle seat
The present disclosure provides a pumping device of a vehicle seat and its operation mechanism. The pumping device includes: a housing encasing a pumping mechanism; a spring guide which has a ring shape formed with a cavity and is seated on a top surface of the housing, a coil spring being inserted in the spring guide; and a lever bracket which has a protruding portion formed on a central portion, an operating lever being coupled to a flange, and a locking protrusion protruding from the flange and locked to the coil spring through the guide slit of the spring guide. In particular, the protruding portion is connected to a cam of the pumping mechanism in a state of being inserted into the cavity of the spring guide.
Reconfigurable seating assembly
A vehicle seating assembly includes a lower leg support, a seat, and a seatback. A seat rotational member rotatably couples the lower leg support to the seat. A seatback rotational member rotatably couples the seat to the seatback.
Clutch unit
A clutch unit includes an operation lever, an operation member, an input-side clutch, an output-side clutch, and a bottomed cylindrical housing. The input-side clutch includes an input-side inner ring member and an operation bracket. The operation bracket includes an engagement portion that engages with the input-side inner ring member, a facing portion that faces the bottom surface of the housing with a gap therebetween, a fastened portion that penetrates a through hole formed in the bottom surface of the housing and is fastened to the operation member, and a sliding-contact portion that extends from the facing portion toward the bottom surface of the housing and comes into sliding-contact with the bottom surface of the housing.
SEAT TILT CONTROL MECHANISM
A vehicle seat assembly is provided and includes a base assembly, a seat frame assembly attached to the base assembly, and a seat tilt control mechanism attached to the base assembly and the seat frame assembly. Actuation of the tilt drive assembly adjusts a tilt position of the seat frame assembly with respect to the base assembly.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR POWER SEAT
A power transmission device for a power seat, the power transmission device including: a motor; an adjustment mechanism of the power seat; and a power transmission cable including: an outer cable; and an inner cable, wherein one end of the outer cable is connected to a bearing member for supporting an output shaft of the motor or a bearing member for supporting an input shaft of the adjustment mechanism so as to be movable in an axial direction of the outer cable, and wherein one end of the inner cable is connected to the output shaft of the motor or the input shaft of the adjustment mechanism so as to be movable in an axial direction of the inner cable.
Seat pumping device for vehicle
Disclosed is a seat pumping device for a vehicle. The present invention provides a seat pumping device for a vehicle, the seat pumping device including: a clutch device which is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by receiving external manipulation force, and has one or more manipulation flanges that are disposed at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction and protrude in an axial direction; and a brake device which has one or more manipulation grooves in which the manipulation flanges are accommodated to come into contact with the manipulation grooves clockwise or counterclockwise so that the brake device is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise by receiving the external manipulation force from the clutch device, and performs a brake function such that the brake device is not rotated clockwise and counterclockwise by external force that is not through the clutch device.
RECONFIGURABLE SEATING ASSEMBLY
A vehicle seating assembly includes a lower leg support, a seat, and a seatback. A seat rotational member rotatably couples the lower leg support to the seat. A seatback rotational member rotatably couples the seat to the seatback.
