The brake assembly includes a housing, a pinion shaft, a braking component, and a drive wheel that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The tooth assembly includes a holder plate and a tooth plate that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction therebetween. The lever assembly includes an input lever, a cover, a coil spring, and a lever bracket that are structured to be self-held in an assembled state by mechanical interaction thereamong. The brake assembly, the tooth assembly, and the lever assembly are arranged and assembled together in an axial direction.
Brake device of vehicular seat adjuster
A brake device comprises a brake mechanism which comprises an output shaft having a drive gear secured thereto, a brake housing having a cylindrical braking surface therein and coaxially putting therein the output shaft, two pairs of clamp members movably and abreast installed in the brake housing in such a manner that paired two clamp members of each pair put therebetween an enlarged operation part of the output shaft and two springs that bias the two clamp member of each pair to pivot away from each other, in which each of the clamp members has an outer clamp surface that is slidably contactable with the cylindrical braking surface and includes larger and smaller clamp surface areas that are spaced from each other by a recess.
Seat lifter structure and vehicle seat equipped with the same
A seat lifter structure which can maintain the engagement of the gear of the sector and the pinion of the brake unit and prevent a fall down of the seat back to a front side, even when a large force to a front side is exerted with respect to the seat back is provided. It raises or lowers a cushion seat (ST1) by raising or lowering a side frame (2) built into the cushion seat (ST1) with respect to a fixing member (61). It is equipped with a brake unit (8) having a pinion (8b) and attached to the side frame (2); a sector (7) supported to be rotatable with respect to the fixing member (61) by a first support portion (7b1), supported to be rotatable with respect to the side frame (2) via a second support portion (7k2), having a gear portion (7a) to be engaged with the pinion (8b) and provided in parallel and facing with respect to the side frame (2); and a spacer (10) having a first surface (10kb) facing with the side frame (2) and a second surface (10ka) facing with the sector (7), which is installed between the side frame (2) and the sector (7).
Adjustment device
An adjustment device, in particular for adjusting motor vehicle seats, has: a) a rotatably mounted drive element; b) a rotatably mounted output element; c) a first sprag freewheel, by means of which the output element can be blocked steplessly in different positions in both adjustment directions, and which can be released via a release element; d) a second sprag freewheel, which is coupled to the first sprag freewheel via the release element and by means of which the output element can be blocked steplessly in different positions in both adjustment directions; e) an actuating element for releasing the second sprag freewheel; and f) an additional locking means for securing the first sprag freewheel against rotation with at least one rotatably mounted locking lever.
Seat Height and Tilt Adjustment Mechanism
An adjustment assembly or mechanism that permits adjustment of the height and angle of tilt of a vehicle seat includes front and rear latch gears with multiple cogs corresponding to discrete angular positions of the latch gears and consequently discrete heights of the front and rear of the adjustment assembly. The front latch gears pivot about a fixed pivot axis while the rear latch gears pivot about a sliding pivot axis to accommodate tilt angles for the seat. Torsion springs bias the four latch gears to a maximum rotation or pivot position in which the respective ends of the seat are at their highest vertical position. A spindle engages the cogs of the latch gears to hold the latch gears in a particular discrete angular position. Separate front and rear manual actuation levers at the front of the seat can be lifted to release a respective front and rear spindle from a particular cog and allow the driver to adjust the seat position. The independent front and rear adjustment mechanisms allow the driver to place the seat in a wide range of heights and tilt angles, including forward and rearward tilt angles.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT LIMITER
Adjustable height limiter for a vehicle seat, comprising: a main body with a slot having a first end and a second end, a piston rod element which is displaceable with respect to the main body and has a pin element which is guided in the slot, a sleeve element which is rotatable with respect to the main body and at least partially surrounds the main body, the sleeve element having a boundary which is helical with respect to the main body, the boundary being arranged between the first end and the second end when viewed in the extension direction of the slot, and the pin element being arranged between the first end and the boundary.

The first clutch part (10) includes: an input rotary body including an inner ring (13); an output rotary body including an outer ring (14); and a plurality of cylindrical rollers (15) disposed therebetween. The clutch unit (1) includes: a rotation suppressing member (70) configured to apply rotational resistance to the output rotary body of the first clutch part (10); and rotation stopping mechanisms (80) (recessed portions (71) of the rotation suppressing member (70) and extending portions (41) of the housing (40)) configured to restrict rotation of the rotation suppressing member (70) with respect to the housing (40).
Stepless brake device of vehicle seat
The present disclosure relates to a stepless brake device of a vehicle seat. The coupling piece formed on the plate cover disposed on the outermost rear surface is caulked and coupled to the housing cover disposed on the outermost front side. Therefore, the components are firmly coupled, and no axial gap occurs between the components. Also, tolerance accumulation of the components does not occur, so that the tilt of the roller is reduced, and thus, collision noise of the roller during the release operation is prevented.
