Vehicle Seat Console, Vehicle Seat, and Vehicle
A vehicle seat console for a vehicle seat has a seat part and a backrest which is attached thereto and which can be moved out of a substantially upright seating position into a rest or reclined position. The vehicle seat console has at least one vehicle structure-side securing element which is connected or can be connected to a vehicle structure and a seat-side securing element which is connected to or can be connected to the vehicle seat. The seat-side securing element is coupled to the vehicle structure-side securing element via an asymmetrically acting height adjustment device such that the seat-side securing element can be tilted about a transverse axis.
DEVICE FOR TILTING AND SWIVELING SEAT OF VEHICLE
A device for tilting and swiveling a seat of a vehicle is provided. The device performs a tilting operation for relaxation by cooperation of a seat back and a seat cushion as well as a swiveling operation for rotating the seat in an indoor direction for conversion between passengers or rotating the seat in an outdoor direction for getting on and off vehicle assistance.
Seat Height and Tilt Adjustment Mechanism
An adjustment assembly or mechanism that permits adjustment of the height and angle of tilt of a vehicle seat includes front and rear latch gears with multiple cogs corresponding to discrete angular positions of the latch gears and consequently discrete heights of the front and rear of the adjustment assembly. The front latch gears pivot about a fixed pivot axis while the rear latch gears pivot about a sliding pivot axis to accommodate tilt angles for the seat. Torsion springs bias the four latch gears to a maximum rotation or pivot position in which the respective ends of the seat are at their highest vertical position. A spindle engages the cogs of the latch gears to hold the latch gears in a particular discrete angular position. Separate front and rear manual actuation levers at the front of the seat can be lifted to release a respective front and rear spindle from a particular cog and allow the driver to adjust the seat position. The independent front and rear adjustment mechanisms allow the driver to place the seat in a wide range of heights and tilt angles, including forward and rearward tilt angles.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat, such as for a motor vehicle seat, adapted to be transferable from at least one use position, which is suitable for transporting a passenger, into an easy entry position as a non-use position, and back, may have a seat cushion, a backrest, and a seat frame. The seat cushion and the backrest may be coupled to the seat frame, a base and a kinematics for the articulated connection of the seat frame to the base. The kinematics may have at least one link articulated connecting the seat frame to the base. The at least one link may be lockable by a disc shaped fitting or the at least one link may be lockable with the seat frame by a locking device.
SEAT ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM
A vehicle seat having a base (10) and a squab (11) and an adjustment mechanism (20) whereby the position of an occupant sitting in the seat can be adjusted, the mechanism being configured so as to permit the seat to follow a motion path that provides coordinated adjustment of both height and back inclination of the occupant, the motion path being such that as the height of the occupant is raised the back inclination of the occupant becomes less supine.
Easy-entry vehicle seat
The invention relates to a vehicle seat comprising: a seating portion having a seat frame with a pair of frame members and a cross member arranged between the pair of frame members; a seat base for supporting the seating portion; a height-adjustment mechanism for adjusting the height of the seat frame with respect to the seat base, and comprising at least one height-adjustment link; and an easy-entry mechanism for displacing the seating portion with respect to the seat base at least along a longitudinal axis between a use position and an easy-entry position, and comprising at least one easy-entry link being pivotably mounted on the seat base and pivotably connected with the height-adjustment link, the height-adjustment link connecting the easy-entry link with the cross member.
SEAT TILT CONTROL MECHANISM
A vehicle seat assembly is provided and includes a base assembly, a seat frame assembly attached to the base assembly, and a seat tilt control mechanism attached to the base assembly and the seat frame assembly. Actuation of the tilt drive assembly adjusts a tilt position of the seat frame assembly with respect to the base assembly.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat including a seat cushion including a cushion body that supports buttocks of an occupant, and cushion side portions disposed on both seat width direction sides of the cushion body, a seatback including a back body that supports a back of the occupant, and back side portions disposed on both seat width direction sides of the back body, and an adjustment mechanism including at least one of a cushion adjustment mechanism that on actuation moves the cushion body in a seat up-down direction with respect to the cushion side portions and pivots the cushion body about an axis running along the seat width direction, or a back adjustment mechanism that on actuation moves the back body in a seat front-rear direction with respect to the back side portions and pivots the back body about an axis running along the seat width direction.
MULTI-PIVOT ANGLED VEHICLE SEAT KINEMATICS
A vehicle seat in part comprises an eight-pivot angled assembly comprising: front and rear subassemblies each mounted to a cushion frame at a non-perpendicular angle to floor rails, each of the front and rear subassemblies comprising upper pivots and lower pivots coupled to each other respective links, a crossmember coupling links to each other. An electric motor is coupled to the eight-pivot angled assembly and configured to actuate the front and rear subassemblies into a first position, and into a second position where the cushion frame and a cushion are positioned further inboard in the vehicle than in the first position.
Seat lifter structure and vehicle seat equipped with the same
A seat lifter structure which can obtain a rotation of a sector with stable torques is provided. It is equipped with a sector (7) supported to be rotatable by a support member (21), arranged to be facing with a side frame (2) by being pinched and fixed by a pair of expanded portions (6a, 6b) of a tubular shaft member (6) that is supported to be rotatable by the side frame (2), and rotating along the side frame (2) at a time of raising or lowering the side frame (2); a ring shaped spacer (13) having a first ring shaped abutting surface (13da) facing with the sector (7) and having a first outer diameter (13d2), and a second ring shaped abutting surface (13ca) facing with the side frame (2) and having a second outer diameter (13c2) different from the first outer diameter (13d2), which is installed between the sector (7) and the side frame (2) with an axial line (CL6) as a center; and a biasing member (12) that biases and abuts the sector (7) to the first abutting surface (13da) and biases and abuts the side frame (2) to the second abutting surface (13ca) by biasing the sector (7) and the side frame (2) to approach.
