MANUAL SEAT HEIGHT ADJUSTER MECHANISM
A manually operated seat height adjustment actuator mechanism includes a rotatory actuator-driven torque input mechanism defining a first axis and a torque output mechanism defining a second axis offset from the first axis. The rotatory actuator-driven torque input mechanism is provided by a planetary gear assembly. The torque output mechanism comprises a cycloidal drive assembly including eccentrically driven gears. Linking gearing operatively links the torque input mechanism and the torque output mechanism. The eccentrically driven gears engage an output pinion configured to engage a gear segment of a seat height adjustment mechanism for raising and lowering a seat.
Device for adjusting a motor vehicle interior component
An adjusting device (1) for a motor vehicle interior component includes a housing (3) in which a rotational element (2) is provided in a rotatable manner about a rotation axis (100). A first locking element (21) is rotationally fixed to the rotational element (2), and a second locking element (22) is provided on the housing (3). The locking elements are reversibly movable relative to each other from a locked situation, in which the locking elements (21, 22) interact with each other in a positively and/or non-positively engaged manner, into an adjustment situation, in which said positive and/or non-positive engagement is released. The adjusting device has an adapter plate (23) which is provided in a rotatable manner relative to the rotational element (2) and the housing (3) and at least temporarily drives a locking element (21, 22).
Seat unit, vehicle, and conveyance seat
The time required to complete current-to-target state transitions of a plurality of movable portions constituting a seat is shortened. A seat unit 1 includes an occupant support portion S1, a plurality of movable mechanisms respectively moving a plurality of parts constituting the occupant support portion S1, and an ECU 40 controlling respective operations of the plurality of movable mechanisms. The ECU 40 causes each of the plurality of movable mechanisms to undergo a transition from a current state to a target state and the plurality of movable mechanisms have a first movable mechanism requiring a longest time for the transition. The ECU 40 causes the transitions of the plurality of movable mechanisms other than the first movable mechanism to be completed by completion of the transition of the first movable mechanism from the current state to the target state.
Vehicle seating assembly that aids in coupling of an auxiliary seat
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat base with a support structure, a seatback pivotably coupled to the seat base, a first anchor access point positioned in the seat base, a second anchor access point positioned in the seat base and laterally disposed relative to the first anchor access point, a seat surface of the seat base. The seat surface includes a lower portion and a rearward portion. The rearward portion is positioned rearward of the lower portion. The rearward portion is arranged at an angle relative to the lower portion such that the rearward portion and the lower portion are non-parallel to one another. The seat surface is an occupant-facing surface.
Seat lifter
A seat lifter includes: an inner link for changing a height position of an inner lower arm with respect to a floor of a vehicle; an outer link for changing a height position of an outer lower area with respect to the floor; a coupling rod that couples the inner link to the outer link; a planetary gear mechanism capable of causing the coupling rod to rotate relative to the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm; a drive unit capable of driving the planetary gear mechanism; and a power transmission rod that transmits power of the drive unit to the planetary gear mechanism. The planetary gear mechanism is disposed between the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm. The drive unit is disposed outside the inner lower arm in the width direction or outside the outer lower arm in the width direction.
Seat assembly with independent seat bottom tilt
Described are passenger seats (102) having a seat bottom (122) connected to the seat frame (108) at a hinge (130) at an aft portion of the seat bottom (122), and having a release mechanism (132) operably connected with the seat bottom (122) that, when actuated by a user, cause the seat bottom (122) to be released from a locked configuration to an unlocked configuration, whereby the seat bottom (122) is free to rotate downward, independent of a seat back (142), about the hinge (130) to a tilted position in order to increase a range of available angles between the seat bottom (122) and seat back (130).
Interior adjustment system
A vehicle interior system including a first seat assembly, disposed within a vehicle cabin, a first sensor, a second sensor, and a controller is provided. The first and second sensors may each be disposed within the vehicle cabin. The first sensor may be configured to obtain first signals indicative of a positioning of an obstacle within a predetermined coordinate system. The second sensor may be configured to obtain second signals indicative of a positioning of the first seat assembly within the predetermined coordinate system. The controller may be configured to receive the signals from the first sensor and to map a portion of the obstacle based on the first signals and relative to a portion of the first seat assembly within the predetermined coordinate system.
VEHICLE
A vehicle includes: a vehicle body frame; a drive unit provided on the vehicle body frame and movable on a floor surface; a seat disposed above the vehicle body frame to support buttocks of a user; a lift unit provided between the vehicle body frame and the seat to raise and lower the seat between a low position and a high position; and at least one support member extending downward from the seat and provided, at a lower portion thereof, with a footrest for supporting soles of the user. The support member is provided to be displaceable vertically relative to the seat, and the support member is displaced such that a distance between the seat and the footrest when the seat is in the high position is greater than a distance between the seat and the footrest when the seat is in the low position.
VEHICLE SEAT HAVING AN ADJUSTING DEVICE AND VEHICLE HAVING SUCH A VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat has a seat base, a carriage, and an adjusting device. The adjusting device is formed in such a way that the vehicle seat is adjustable vertically or the inclination is adjustable by the adjusting device. The adjusting device has a rotation device arranged on the carriage such that the seat base is rotatable relative to the carriage about a vertical axis by the rotation device. The adjusting device includes a strut, a first end of which is pivotably attached to the carriage or to a rotation base fixed to the carriage and a second end of which is pivotably attached to the seat base. The adjusting device has first and second linear actuators. The seat base is supported on the first linear actuator, the second linear actuator, and/or the strut. The first and second linear actuators cooperate to adjust the vehicle seat.
