A clutch unit used for a vehicle seat includes an input side clutch configured such that one member of an input side inner ring member and an input side outer ring member rotates with a rotation of an operation lever, and the other member is rotated via an input side transmission member, so that a rotation of the operation lever is transmitted to an output side clutch. A rotation suppressing member configured to apply a rotational resistance force greater than a force for the co-rotating is provided between the other member and a member that does not rotate during a return operation of the operation lever, so as to suppress co-rotation of the other member by the one member during the return operation to the neutral position.

A passenger seat comprises a backrest and a seat element that includes a first portion adjoining the backrest and a second portion that can pivot between a rest position and an operational position. In the operational position, the second portion of the seat element increases a depth of a seat pan of the seat element that can be used by the user. A locking mechanism is configured to prevent a pivoting movement of the second portion of the seat element from the operational position thereof into the rest position thereof when a weight of a user sitting in the passenger seat acts on the seat element.

A seat lifter includes: an inner link for changing a height position of an inner lower arm with respect to a floor of a vehicle; an outer link for changing a height position of an outer lower area with respect to the floor; a coupling rod that couples the inner link to the outer link; a planetary gear mechanism capable of causing the coupling rod to rotate relative to the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm; a drive unit capable of driving the planetary gear mechanism; and a power transmission rod that transmits power of the drive unit to the planetary gear mechanism. The planetary gear mechanism is disposed between the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm. The drive unit is disposed outside the inner lower arm in the width direction or outside the outer lower arm in the width direction.

When an occupant stretches his/her lower extremity in a state where putting his/her foot on a foot resting portion during autonomous driving of a vehicle, a seat is controlled so as to move rearward and obliquely upward along a control portion. Concurrently, a seat cushion is controlled so that its front portion moves downward while being supported by a link member and then its inclination angle is made gentle. When at least one of a position and an angle of at least one of the seat cushion and the seatback is controlled, an upper end of the seat is located on an inclined straight line extending downward on a forward side of the upper end.

A reversible seat assembly for use with an airplane. The reversible seat comprises a base assembly and a vertical assembly. The base assembly and the vertical assembly are connected to a support structure and are collectively disposable into and out of a first travel position, a second travel position, and a third travel position. In the first and second travel positions a user or passenger may assume a usual sitting position. In the third travel position the user may assume a reverse sitting position. The base assembly comprises a right segment and a left segment connected and rotationally movable to a central segment. The vertical assembly comprises a lower segment and an upper segment connected to and rotationally movable a middle segment. The reversible seat assembly may further comprise a back armrest connected to an opposite side of said middle segment and structure to provide support to the arms of the user.

The vehicle seat comprises construction elements that are movable relative to one another and at least one force transmission element which transmits activation forces and/or stress forces that result from the use of the vehicle seat from one construction element to the other. Proposed is a clutch cam for a pumping device, wherein the shape of the clutch cam and the coupling structure between the clutch cam and parts coupled thereto are changed to reduce manufacturing cost and improve assembly performance. The clutch cam includes: a cam part having a cam profile provided along an outer circumferential surface thereof relative to a rotating axis of a center thereof; a first protrusion part provided on a side of the cam part by protruding therefrom toward the lever bracket on the same rotating axis as the rotating axis, and fitted to a fixing hole provided in the lever bracket; and a second protrusion part provided on the side of the cam part by protruding therefrom toward the lever bracket on the same rotating axis as the rotating axis, and fitted to an angle determination hole provided in the housing.

Power seat device

A power seat device is configured to acquire a target associated position of a tilted position, corresponding to a current position of a seatback for allowing the seatback to reach an end position in a reclining range, and a seat to reach an end position in a tilting range simultaneously. Outputs of a reclining motor and a tilting motor are adjusted so that the tilted position coincides with the acquired target associated position.
