SEATING ASSEMBLY
A seating assembly is provided that includes a seatback movable into a pitched position along a track. A first cam is engageable with a release lever of the track. A second cam is engageable with a bypass cam that is raised over a stop as the seatback moves to the pitched position. An intermediate lock is engageable with a pin positioned on a middle support arm of the seat base when the seatback is in the pitched position.

The reclining device includes: a flange having internal teeth and a cylindrical-shaped flange protrusion; a gear plate having a through hole and external teeth to be partially engaged with the internal teeth of the flange in an eccentric state with the flange; an input device eccentrically positioned inside the through hole of the gear plate and configured of a rotating portion and a head portion; a wedge cam positioned between an the gear plate and the flange protrusion to maintain eccentricity of the gear plate; a support body supporting a load due to the eccentricity of the gear plate and transmitting a rotational force to the wedge cam; and an elastic portion positioned between the support body and the through hole to pressurize the wedge cam.

Disclosed is a reclining device for a vehicle seat, the reclining device includes: a flange having inner teeth; a gear plate having an outer tooth part and a coupling part, the outer tooth part provided with outer teeth and engaged with a part of the inner teeth of the flange in an eccentric state with the flange, and the coupling part having a locking step; an input device provided inside a through hole of the gear plate and coupled to a shaft to allow the flange and the gear plate to be eccentric with each other and to perform relative rotation when the shaft is rotated; and a bracket having an insertion hole, and a locking protrusion that is locked by the locking step of the coupling part formed at an inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole to prevent the relative rotation with the gear plate.

A power transmission device for a power seat, the power transmission device including: a motor; an adjustment mechanism of the power seat; and a power transmission cable including: an outer cable; and an inner cable, wherein one end of the outer cable is connected to a bearing member for supporting an output shaft of the motor or a bearing member for supporting an input shaft of the adjustment mechanism so as to be movable in an axial direction of the outer cable, and wherein one end of the inner cable is connected to the output shaft of the motor or the input shaft of the adjustment mechanism so as to be movable in an axial direction of the inner cable.

A deceleration device for a vehicle seat comprises an external gear comprising teeth with tops projecting radially outward. A tooth of the external gear comprises a straight portion and a critical cross-section located in a dedendum flank of the tooth of the external gear. The straight portion is provided in a vicinity of the critical cross-section and a thickness of the straight portion becomes linearly larger toward a root of the tooth.

A recliner heart includes first, second and third locking plates and a pawl. The first locking plate defines a recess. The second locking plate includes a first inner diametrical surface having first teeth formed thereon. The third locking plate is disposed between the first and second locking plates and includes a second inner diametrical surface and an outer diametrical surface. The second inner diametrical surface has a notch formed therein. The outer diametrical surface has second teeth formed thereon. Some of the second teeth are meshingly engaged with some of the first teeth. The pawl is slidably disposed in the recess between a secure position in which the pawl is engaged with the notch of the third locking plate and a release position in which the pawl is disengaged from the notch of the third locking plate.

An engagement member is coupled to the back frame, and allows transmission of the pivoting force to the back frame when the engagement member is in the engaged position. A recliner comprises an output gear that moves integrally with the tilting member. An amount of elastic deformation of a fold down spring increases when the back frame pivots in a rearward direction. A first anchoring member is a member that is fixed to the back frame and to which a first end of the fold down spring is anchored. A second anchoring member is a member to which a second end of the fold down spring is anchored and that moves integrally with the output gear.
