Electric seat and angle adjustment device thereof
An electric seat and an angle adjustment device thereof are provided. The angle adjustment device includes an inner toothed plate and an outer toothed plate engaging with each other, and an eccentric cavity formed therebetween. An eccentric ring completely occupying a positive eccentric region of the eccentric cavity is provided in the eccentric cavity. The eccentric ring has a first accommodating region and a second accommodating region along a circumferential direction. The angle adjustment device further comprises a driving component for driving rotation of the eccentric ring. A damping component is provided in the first accommodating region and/or the second accommodating region, and the damping component is in a compressed state during operation of the driving component. The damping component eliminates a useless stroke in the above operation, thereby eliminating an adjustment lag experienced by a passenger during reverse adjustment of a seat and backrest.
Fitting for a vehicle seat
A fitting for a vehicle seat may have a first ring gear having first ring gear teeth, a second ring gear having second ring gear teeth, and a planet gear mounted on a planet carrier and which meshes with the first and second ring gear teeth. A blocking planet gear, which can be rotated about a blocking-planet-gear axis of rotation, permanently meshes with the first ring gear teeth and with the second ring gear teeth, and the distance between the blocking-planet-gear axis of rotation and the axis can be changed so that the blocking planet gear can be transferred selectively between locking meshing and non-locking meshing with the first ring gear teeth and/or with the second ring gear teeth. A reclining device for a vehicle seat of the kind comprising a first plate carrying an internal gear and a second plate carrying an external gear cooperating with the internal gear is provided. The reclining device includes first and second wedge elements for preventing undesired rotation of the external and internal gears relative to each other. The reclining device further includes a lock spring comprising one or more locking teeth intended to engage a ring gear which is integral with one of the first and second plates for inhibiting relative rotation of the plates, and one or more spring arms, which elastically urge the locking teeth toward the ring gear. The spring arms outwardly extend from the outer perimeter of the body of the lock spring.

A double fitting for a vehicle seat may have a first fitting part and a second fitting part that are drivingly connected to each other. The double fitting may also have adapter parts that can be connected to at least one of the fitting parts. One of the adapter parts can be connected to a structural part of the vehicle seat or to a vehicle body part, and the other adapter part is movably connected to a limited degree to the other adapter part which can be rigidly connected to the structural part or the vehicle body part. An elastic element is arranged between the adapter parts, a first fitting of the fittings is arranged axially between the adapter parts, and one of the adapter parts is arranged axially between the fitting. A vehicle seat having the double fitting is also disclosed.

A double fitting for a vehicle seat may have a first fitting part and a second fitting part that are drivingly connected to each other. The third locking plate has an outer diametrical surface having third teeth formed thereon. Some of the third teeth are meshingly engaged with some of the first teeth and some of the second teeth. The fastener may extend through the aperture and is attached to one of a seatback and a seat bottom.
