Recliner for vehicle seat
Disclosed herein is a recliner for a vehicle seat, wherein a plurality of second latching protrusions (51a) is formed on a socket (50) and a plurality of first latching protrusions (41b and 42b), which is latched to the second latching protrusions (51a) when the socket rotates, is formed on two wedges (41 and 42). When the recliner is operated, a loss angle is reduced by simultaneous rotation of the wedges (41 and 42) so that the responsiveness of the recliner is improved.
Deceleration device and seat drive device
A deceleration device comprising first and second gears that have different numbers of teeth. A cam mechanism is disposed on the same axis as the first gear, engages the first gear with the second gear in a state of eccentricity. A connecting shaft is disposed on the same axis as the first gear and is connected to the cam mechanism. A rotating body is disposed on the same axis as the second gear and is connected to the connecting shaft. When the connecting shaft is inserted into a long hole of the rotating body, the rotating body is connected to the connecting shaft in an eccentric position. The major axis of the long hole is set so as to allow the rotating body and the connecting shaft to move relative to one another along the longitudinal direction of the long hole.
SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A seat reclining device includes: a first gear member; a second gear member; paired wedge members arranged in an eccentric space; a biasing member which biases the paired wedge members in directions away from each other; and a drive member. The drive member includes a first drive protrusion which is arranged in a small-width portion of the eccentric space and a second drive protrusion which is arranged in a large-width portion of the eccentric space. When the drive member rotates the paired wedge members, counterforce acting on a shaft portion of the drive member against first pressing force generated by the first drive protrusion pressing one of the paired wedge members and second pressing force generated by the second drive protrusion pressing the other one of the paired wedge members pushes a boss portion of the first gear member in a direction toward the one wedge member.

A vehicle seat double fitting (10) includes two fittings (100) operatively connected to each other and each with a first fitting part (111) and a second fitting part (112) that are rotatable relative to one another around an axis (A) and are in geared connection or locked to one another. An adapter part (150) is connected to one of the first fitting parts (111) or the second fitting parts (112) and a second adapter part (160) is connected to other of the first fitting parts (111) or the second fitting parts (111, 112). Exactly one adapter part (150, 160) is fixedly connected to a structural part (3) of the vehicle seat and the other of the two adapter parts (150, 160) is limitedly moveable or rotatable around the axis (A), relative to the structural part (3) and the adapter part (150, 160) fixedly connectable to the structural part (3).

An articulation mechanism comprising first and second frames mounted in a rotatable manner with respect to one another and connected together by a gear controlled by an input member (11) actuating an eccentric cam mounted in a rotatable manner in a cylindrical housing integral with the first frame. The cam is formed of two cam parts that are elastically urged towards a position of maximum eccentricity and are movable towards a position of minimum eccentricity during actuation of the input member. A load-spreading washer is mounted in a rotatable manner with play in the cylindrical housing, parallel to the eccentric cam.

A deceleration device comprising first and second gears that have different numbers of teeth. A cam mechanism is disposed on the same axis as the first gear, engages the first gear with the second gear in a state of eccentricity. A connecting shaft is disposed on the same axis as the first gear and is connected to the cam mechanism. A rotating body is disposed on the same axis as the second gear and is connected to the connecting shaft. When the connecting shaft is inserted into a long hole of the rotating body, the rotating body is connected to the connecting shaft in an eccentric position. The major axis of the long hole is set so as to allow the rotating body and the connecting shaft to move relative to one another along the longitudinal direction of the long hole.

A brake device comprises a brake mechanism which comprises an output shaft having a drive gear secured thereto, a brake housing having a cylindrical braking surface therein and coaxially putting therein the output shaft, two pairs of clamp members movably and abreast installed in the brake housing in such a manner that paired two clamp members of each pair put therebetween an enlarged operation part of the output shaft and two springs that bias the two clamp member of each pair to pivot away from each other, in which each of the clamp members has an outer clamp surface that is slidably contactable with the cylindrical braking surface and includes larger and smaller clamp surface areas that are spaced from each other by a recess.

A deceleration device for a vehicle seat comprises an external gear comprising teeth with tops projecting radially outward. A tooth of the external gear comprises a straight portion and a critical cross-section located in a dedendum flank of the tooth of the external gear. The straight portion is provided in a vicinity of the critical cross-section and a thickness of the straight portion becomes linearly larger toward a root of the tooth.

A reclining device includes: an internal gear; an external gear; a first wedge and a second wedge; a biasing member; and a striker, which has a pressing portion capable of pressing the first wedge and the second wedge, wherein a concave portion recessed with passing though in a diameter direction is formed on the first wedge and the second wedge, wherein the pressing portion of the striker is superimposed on an upper surface of the concave portion, and wherein the pressing portion presses a pressed portion that is provided on the concave portion on at least one of the first wedge and the second wedge to move the one of the first wedge and the second wedgepressed portion in a direction in which the wedge is pulled out from or in a direction in which the wedge is pushed.

Proposed is a recliner for a vehicle, the recliner including a mobile flange including a support portion having a multistage structure having stages with different outer diameters, an eccentric ring installed in a seating space of the mobile flange by being fitted with the support portion of the mobile flange, the eccentric ring including a corresponding end corresponding to the multistage structure of the support portion and formed on an inner surface being in contact with the support portion, a gear plate including an external gear configured to engage with the internal gear of the mobile flange, and a cam disposed between the eccentric ring and the gear plate and configured to press the gear plate to one side.
