Each of the artificial muscles includes a housing having an electrode region and an adjacent expandable fluid region, an electrode pair positioned in the electrode region of the housing, and a dielectric fluid housed within the housing. The plurality of artificial muscles are configured to actuate from a non-actuated state to an actuated state, actuation from the non-actuated state to the actuated state directs the dielectric fluid into the expandable fluid region and increases a height of the pillow body.
CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM AND ADJUSTABLE HEADREST ASSEMBLY THEREOF
A child restraint system is provided. The child restraint system includes a main body and an adjustable headrest assembly. The adjustable headrest assembly is installed on the main body. The adjustable headrest assembly includes at least one rail and a head support portion. The at least one rail is movably disposed on the main body and movable between a lower position and an upper position relative to the main body. The head support portion is movably disposed on the at least one rail. Besides, a related adjustable headrest assembly is provided.
LATERAL SHOCK ABSORBER AND CHILD CAR SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A lateral shock absorber is provided and includes a protective fender and a locking mechanism. The protective fender is pivoted to a base of a child car safety seat and pivotally switchable relative to the base. The locking mechanism is for selectively engaging with the protective fender to restrain the protective fender from switching to an unfolded state or disengaging from the protective fender to allow the protective fender to switch to the unfolded state when the protective fender is located in a folded state. The locking mechanism includes a locking assembly and an abutting block. The locking assembly is driven to a locking state for engaging with the protective fender when the abutting block is pressed downwardly. The locking assembly is driven to a releasing state for disengaging from the protective fender when the abutting block is not pressed. Besides, a related child car safety seat is also provided.
LATERAL PROTECTING MECHANISM AND CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM THEREWITH
A lateral protecting mechanism adapted for a child carrier is provided. The lateral protecting mechanism includes a protecting block, a locking component and an operating component. The protecting block is pivotally disposed a lateral portion of the child carrier. The locking component is slidably disposed on the lateral portion of the child carrier and configured to slide to abut against the protecting block for restraining a pivoting movement of the protecting block. The operating component is for driving the locking component to abut against the protecting block when the operating component is operated. Besides, a child restraint system having the aforementioned lateral protecting mechanism is provided.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND SIDE WING HEIGHT AND WIDTH ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM THEREFOR
A child safety seat and a side wing height and width synchronous adjustment mechanism therefor. The side wing height and width synchronous adjustment mechanism includes a first guide rail extending in the width direction of a child safety seat, a second guide rail extending in the height direction of the child safety seat, a first fitting guide member in sliding-fit with the first guide rail, and a second fitting guide member in sliding-fit with the second guide rail, wherein the first guide rail is arranged on one of a side wing and an adjustor, and the first fitting guide member is arranged on the other one of the side wing and the adjustor; and the second guide rail is arranged on one of a first backrest and the side wing, and the second fitting guide member is arranged on the other one of the first backrest and the side wing.
Child safety seat
A child safety seat includes a seat shell and a buffering part. The seat shell includes a backrest portion and two sidewalls, the backrest portion having a front surface facing forward that is suitable to provide support for a child's back, the two sidewalls being respectively disposed at a left and a right side of the seat shell for restricting sideways movements of a child who sits in the seat shell, one of the two sidewalls having a sidewall portion located in front of the front surface. The buffering part is connected with the seat shell, the buffering part being operable to protrude sideways at an outer side of the sidewall portion.
Child safety seat
A child safety seat includes a seat shell having two sidewalls respectively provided at a left and a right side of the seat shell for restricting sideways movement of a child, a buffering part connected with the seat shell, a retaining mechanism and a release mechanism. The buffering part is movable between a first position retracted toward one of the two sidewalls, and a second position protruding sideways from the sidewall. The retaining mechanism is operable to hold the buffering part in the first position. The release mechanism includes an operating device that is disposed in a region of the seat shell between the two sidewalls and is operatively connected with the retaining mechanism, the operating device being operable to release the buffering part from the hold of the retaining mechanism for movement of the buffering part from the first position to the second position.
CHILD RESTRAINT SPIN LOCK AND A SAFETY SEAT HAVING THE SAME
A child restraint spin lock is adapted to be installed in a safety seat that includes a base member and a mid base being rotatable relative to the base member about an axis. The child restraint spin lock includes two locking components and a pivot component. The locking components are adapted to be co-rotatably connected to the mid base, are spaced apart from each other, and are adapted to be movable relative to the base member between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pivot component is adapted to be rotatable relative to the mid base about the axis, and is pivotally connected between the locking components such that movements of the locking components are synchronized by rotation of the pivot component.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT WITH ENERGY ABSORBING ELEMENTS
Child safety seats including energy absorbing elements in accordance with embodiments of the invention are disclosed. In a variety of embodiments, a child safety seat includes a seat body comprising an outer surface and at least one energy absorber coupled to the outer surface, the energy absorber including an outwardly facing surface facing away from the outer surface of the seat body, an inwardly facing surface facing towards the outer surface of the seat body, and at least one energy absorbing element located between the outwardly facing surface and the inwardly facing surface, wherein the energy absorber absorbs energy in response to an impact.
