A conveyance seat accommodable in a recess of a floor includes: a seat cushion; a front leg portion which supports a front lower portion of the seat cushion and of which one end is rotatably fixed at the front lower portion of the seat cushion and the other end is detachably fixed at a position in front of the recess; a rear leg portion which supports a rear lower portion of the seat cushion and of which one end is rotatably fixed at the rear lower portion of the seat cushion and the other end is rotatably fixed to the floor inside the recess; and an arm portion of which one end is rotatably fixed to the rear leg portion and the other end is fixable to the floor at a position behind the other end of the rear leg portion.

A vehicle seat assembly is movable between a use position, a stadium position, a recline/slouch position, and a stow to floor position. The seat assembly includes a seat cushion, a seat back that is pivotally coupled to the seat cushion, a fore/aft adjuster that includes a lower channel that is fixed to the floor of the vehicle and an upper channel that is slidably coupled to the lower channel, a pivot support bracket that is fixedly coupled to the upper channel, a stow to floor bracket that has a lower end pivotally coupled to the pivot support bracket by a stow pivot and an upper end that is pivotally coupled to the seat cushion by a stadium pivot; and wherein the seat cushion selectively engages with the pivot support bracket. The stow pivot defines a stow pivot axis that is spaced vertically below the upper channel of the fore/aft adjuster. The seat cushion and the seat back fold and articulate to the stow to floor position by rotating about the stow pivot axis and stadium pivot axis.

The vehicle seat (S) comprises a cushion frame (F1) including a pair of cushion side frames (85), a cushion front member (86) connecting front ends of the cushion side frames with each other and a cushion rear member (87). The storage space is provided in an interior side wall of the passenger compartment. The seat assembly is provided in the passenger compartment. The seat assembly includes a mounting base. The folding seat has a seat mounting structure. The folding seat is movable between a folded position and a seated position. The center console has a console mounting structure. The folding seat and the center console are each configured to be stored within the storage space of the passenger compartment. The seat mounting structure of the folding seat and the console mounting structure of the center console are each configured to be mounted to the mounting structure of the seat assembly.

A conveyance seat accommodatable in a recess of a floor includes: a seat cushion; a front leg portion which supports a front lower portion of the seat cushion and of which one end is rotatably fixed at the front lower portion of the seat cushion and the other end is detachably fixed at a position in front of the recess; a rear leg portion which supports a rear lower portion of the seat cushion and of which one end is rotatably fixed at the rear lower portion of the seat cushion and the other end is rotatably fixed to the floor inside the recess; and an arm portion of which one end is rotatably fixed to the rear leg portion and the other end is fixable to the floor at a position behind the other of the rear leg portion.

A vehicle seat includes a seatback frame including a pair of side members extending vertically along either side thereof and providing a structural framework of a seatback, a plate member positioned behind the seatback frame and including an extension extending in an outboard direction from the side member located on an outboard side of the seatback frame, a mounting member connected to the outboard side member, and an airbag module positioned on a front side of the extension and connected to the outboard side member via the mounting member, a clearance being defined between the airbag module and the extension.

A vehicle seat including: a tilt down mechanism configured to sink down a seat cushion in conjunction with forward tilting down movement of a seat back, wherein the tilt down mechanism couples a rear part of the seat cushion to a base on a floor by a rotary shaft, couples a front part of the seat cushion to the base via a front link, and further includes a power transmission member that couples the front link and the seat back, and wherein the power transmission member is configured by a link member of a rigid body and is configured to, when the seat back is raised from a forward tilted down position, transmit the movement of the seat back to the front link to raise the front link to thus pull up the seat cushion from a downward sunk position.

In a vehicular seat device (20), a right seat (24) is movably supported via a right slide rail (21). The right seat is provided with a seat back (61) mounted to a movable base (31) of the right slide rail, a seat cushion (69) rotatably mounted to the seat back, and a connecting link (81) rotatably supporting a front portion (69a) of the seat cushion on the movable base. The connecting link includes a leg link portion (84) detachably supported on the movable base. A seat cover assembly, for a stowable vehicle seat having a seat structure extending from a seat bottom to at least a vehicle floor, includes a flexible cover assembly configured to couple to a lateral side of the vehicle seat and, in a concealing position, conceal at least a portion of the seat structure between the seat bottom and the vehicle floor when the seat is in a deployed position. The flexible cover assembly is configured to fold together as the vehicle seat is moved from the deployed position to a stowed position and unfold to the concealing position as the vehicle seat is moved from the stowed position to the deployed position.

A vehicle seat (1) is transferable from at least one use position either into an entry position or into a floor position. A seat cushion (3) and a backrest (5) are coupled by a carrier (20) to a base (10), providing kinematics (30, 40, 41, 42, 50, 53, 54) to move the carrier (20) between the use position and the entry position of the vehicle seat (1). A link (80) is coupled rotatably at one end to the seat cushion (3) and at the other end to the base (10). The seat cushion (3) is mounted on the carrier (20) by a turning and sliding joint (16, 26). At least one degree of freedom of the turning and sliding joint (16, 26) is lockable by a locking device (90). A drive, a spring, assists the transfer of the seat cushion (3) from the use position into the floor position.
