The RAS has a member for defining and forming an air passage extending from the blower along the outside of the frame. A height duct and a lateral duct provides the RAS. The RAS has a member for defining and forming a discharge outlet which discharges the air toward the rear seat. It is possible to provide a blower device for a rear seat, which discharges air toward the rear seat without impairing the fundamental function of the frame for the seat.
