HEADREST AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE FOR VEHICLES
20240227642 · 2024-07-11 ·

Disclosed herein is a headrest air-conditioning device for vehicles, wherein a heater plate with planar heating elements on both sides thereof is installed inside a casing, and the heater plate divides the interior space of the casing to form an inflow passage and an outflow passage. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively heat air with low power and to reduce flow resistance and thus power consumption.

Personal ventilation in an aircraft environment

A method for providing purified air to an occupant of a seat in a mask lacking corporeal features that is generated by an apparatus. The apparatus includes a contaminant conditioning system that delivers purified air to a first and a second laminar flow generator. Each laminar flow generator produces a respective laminar flow that combines to form and fill a breathing space with purified air that envelopes an inhalation sphere of the occupant and inhibits air other than the purified air from entering the breathing space.

AIR CONDITIONING SEAT

An air conditioning seat including: two air outlets configured to distribute air distributed from an interior of the seat to an exterior of the seat, wherein the two air outlets are configured to receive supply of air from different air distribution paths and distribute air of different temperatures or humidity.

Airflow management system for vehicle seat

Vehicle seats may be configured as part of an airflow management system capable of controlling the environment in the immediate vicinity of seated passengers. A vehicle seat may include any number of air intake and discharge ports arranged so that discharged air flows along the body of the seated passenger on its way to the air intake ports. The air may be heated and/or cooled along a system air flow path to have an immediate effect on the comfort of the seated passenger without the need to heat or cool the entire vehicle cabin. Less energy is consumed to achieve a vehicle seat-specific climate than to achieve an overall interior cabin climate. The airflow management system may include more than one such vehicle seat, and the airflow characteristics with respect to each vehicle seat may be separately controllable.

Motor Vehicle Having a Heatable Head Restraint

A head restraint for a motor vehicle has devices such as a fan and a heating element such that heated air can flow out of a front side of the head restraint if necessary. The head restraint enables heating of a head by way of outflowing heated air. A passage opening is formed in the cushion body of the head restraint, which passage opening extends from a back side of the cushion body to a front side of the cushion body. A cavity is formed in the passage opening at a distance from the back side and at a distance from the front side of the cushion body, in which cavity at least one fan is arranged. An air-permeable, electrically operated heating mat is provided on the back side of the cushion body in order to heat the suctioned air, and the pre-heated air is additionally heated by an air-permeable, electrically operated heating mat located on the front side of the cushion body.
