Hanging structure for seating foam
Disclosed is a fastening structure for a seating foam, comprising a foam and a reinforcement fabric, and characterized in that the fastening structure is directly provided at a reinforcement fabric at a location corresponding to a fastening position, and is connected to the reinforcement fabric. The fastening structure of the present invention simultaneously meets two functional requirements of a foam, namely reinforcement of a side B of the foam and fastening of an exterior side A of the foam. The novel fastening structure of the present invention saves space, is thin and light, enhances the strength of the foam against a pull-out force, and optimizes a foam production process.
TOOL FOR FASTENING A LISTING BEAD TO A FASTENER STRIP
A listing bead fastening tool has a body that defines a guiding recess shaped to receive a listing bead, and a guide rib extending from the body. The guide rib has a neck and a head that is connected to the body of the tool by the neck. The head has a width to allow it to pass through a retention channel defined by opposing rows of fastener elements extending from a base of a fastener strip to which the listing bead is to be fastened. The guiding recess of the body of the tool defines a listing bead insertion path that is angled with respect to the retention channel. Moving the tool along the retention channel causes the listing bead, which is retained within the guiding recess, to be progressively inserted into the retention channel and retained between the rows of fastener elements.
Seat frame
In a seat cushion frame which comprises side frames fixed to each of the two ends of a pan frame in the width direction, the rigidity of mounting the side frames to the pan frame is increased. In this seat cushion frame having a configuration in which side frames are fixed to both ends of the pan frame in the width direction, the side frame is fixed to the pan frame with a flange formed by bending the top part inwards in the width direction, and a recess recessed inwards in the width direction is formed in the portion of the flange that is fixed to the pan frame.
Conveyance seat and production method therefor
Provided is a conveyance seat in which a protruding portion of a pad in one seat member can be easily inserted between a frame and the other seat member. A conveyance seat includes two connected seat members, in which each of the two seat members includes a pad, a skin covering the pad, and a frame configuring a skeleton of the seat member, the pad of the one seat member has a protruding portion disposed between the frame of the one seat member and the other seat member at a part connected to the other seat member, and the skin of the one seat member has an extending portion extending by a predetermined distance from an end portion and covering a surface of the protruding portion and a grip portion gripping the protruding portion and covering a back surface of the protruding portion on a side connected to the other seat member.
Spring-based seat diaphragm
A spring-based seat diaphragm may include at least one support diaphragm component. The at least one support diaphragm component may be transversely coupled to the first structural beam and the second structural beam. The spring-based seat diaphragm may include at least one spring. The at least one spring may be proximate to the at least one support diaphragm component. The at least one spring may be parallel to or positioned transverse to the at least one support diaphragm component between the first primary spreader and the second primary spreader. The at least one spring may include a plurality of bends configured to distribute user weight applied to a cushion installed on the aircraft seat over the spring-based seat diaphragm. The spring-based seat diaphragm may be configured to support an aft portion of the cushion. The first structural beam may be configured to support a forward portion of the cushion.
PROTECTION ELEMENT FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, VEHICLE SEAT
A tarpaulin-shaped protection element for a backrest of a vehicle seat having at least one securing hook in a single piece with the protection element and which is used to secure the protection element to a strut structure of a vehicle seat. The protection element includes at least one cut-away tab bent outwards from a plane of the protection element and has a free end for forming the securing hook. The tab includes a retaining section for blocking the tab on the strut structure.
Vehicle seat and seat frame for same
A vehicle seat and frame thereof which minimize the size of an attachment mechanism of a support structure for supporting the back of a seated person are provided. A seat frame has side frames positioned at right and left sides of a seat back frame and extending in an up to down direction. The side frame has a side portion extending along a side portion of the seat, a rear portion projecting from a rear end of the side portion to an inner side of the seat, and a support member spanned between the right and left side frames, and receives a load of the seated person. The support member has a connecting portion for connecting to the side frame and is attached to the rear portion of the side frame in a state where the positional relationship between the connecting portion and the side frame is fixed.
Posture seat
Dynamic support systems (10) include a plurality of support members (12), a base material (14), and a support layer (18). Each support member (12) has an upper support surface (20) extending from a first end of a stud (22), and a spherical member (28) extending from a second end of the stud. The base material (14) includes a plurality of receptacles (40) having a socket (42) with a recessed area (52) for positioning a spring (56). The support layer (18) also includes a plurality of apertures (64) that are positioned over the receptacles (40) and allow the studs (22) to extend there through.
Seat frame
