Device for supporting a person, method for influencing the shape of a support for such, and related pillow, chair, mattress, and bed
A support device has a main support surface for a person's body, including an auxiliary device influencing the main support surface shape. The auxiliary device includes: a group of supports supporting the main support surface, positioned on the side of the main support surface facing away from the body-supporting side, the supports each including a sub-support surface; an adjuster for each sub-support surface influencing the height of each sub-support surface. The device also includes a monitor for each sub-support surface monitoring the height of the respective sub-support surface; and a programmable control unit controlling the adjuster. The supports include an elastically bendable plate connected to the adjuster. The bending plate is connected to the sub-support surface to influence its height depending on the extent of bending imposed by the adjuster. The adjuster includes an electromotor on the concave side of the bending plate.
CONVEYANCE SEAT AND CONVEYANCE SEAT MANUFACTURING METHOD
Provided is a conveyance seat with which the assemblability of a wire member with respect to a seat frame can be improved. A conveyance seat includes a seat frame. The seat frame has: a pair of side frames arranged in side portions of the conveyance seat; and a cross-linking frame cross-linking the pair of side frames, a wire member is disposed between the pair of side frames, the cross-linking frame has a wire receiving portion receiving the wire member, and the wire member is fastened to the wire receiving portion.
ARRAY TYPE AUTOMOBILE SEAT PROFILE ADAPTIVE-ADJUSTING APPARATUS AND METHOD
The present invention provides an array type automobile seat profile adaptive-adjusting apparatus, comprising a seat back plate, a seat bottom plate, a seat profile layer covered thereon and a plurality of shape memory material actuators which are arranged in a rectangular array and are disposed between the seat profile layer and the seat back plate and between the seat profile layer and the seat bottom plate, wherein each of the shape memory material actuators comprises a plurality of sequentially nested sleeves, a return spring through which an outwardly extending elastic force is applied to the sleeves, a pulley block fixedly arranged in the sleeve located at a tail end, and a memory alloy wire which is in a shape of filament and is wound on the pulley block.
CONVEYANCE SEAT
A conveyance seat includes a seat cushion including a cushion frame serving as a skeleton. The cushion frame includes a body frame made of a frame-shaped body, and a support member bridging one portion and the other portion of the body frame in a predetermined direction and supporting a seated occupant. The support member is provided with a central support portion supporting the seated occupant, side support portions provided at positions outside the central support portion in a seat width direction and extending outward in the seat width direction while inclining, and a shape-holding member extending along outer edge portions of the side support portions and bridging the one portion and the other position of the body frame.
Seat cushioning member support mechanism and seat structure
A sheet cushioning member includes front links coupled to a front torsion bar and rear links coupled to a rear torsion bar are arranged at a predetermined interval from each other in a front and rear direction of a seat, and when a predetermined load or larger is applied, the front links and the rear links rotate in opposite directions, and dampers are disposed to extend between lower portions of the front links and the rear links. When a predetermined load fluctuation or larger occurs, the dampers expand or contract to exhibit a damping force, and a load fluctuation smaller than this does not cause the dampers to expand or contract and is alleviated by elasticity of the front torsion bar and the rear torsion bar. An impact absorbing characteristic is thereby improved with a simple structure.
PROTECTION ELEMENT FOR A VEHICLE SEAT, VEHICLE SEAT
A tarpaulin-shaped protection element for a backrest of a vehicle seat having at least one securing hook in a single piece with the protection element and which is used to secure the protection element to a strut structure of a vehicle seat. The protection element includes at least one cut-away tab bent outwards from a plane of the protection element and has a free end for forming the securing hook. The tab includes a retaining section for blocking the tab on the strut structure.
Posture seat
Dynamic support systems (10) include a plurality of support members (12), a base material (14), and a support layer (18). Each support member (12) has an upper support surface (20) extending from a first end of a stud (22), and a spherical member (28) extending from a second end of the stud. The base material (14) includes a plurality of receptacles (40) having a socket (42) with a recessed area (52) for positioning a spring (56). The support layer (18) also includes a plurality of apertures (64) that are positioned over the receptacles (40) and allow the studs (22) to extend there through.
