DOUBLE-FOLDING UNLOCKING DEVICE OF REAR SEAT FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides a double-folding unlocking device of a rear seat for a vehicle. The double-folding unlocking device of a rear seat is capable of preventing the occurrence of excessively tight fitting and deformation of components due to excessively tight contact between bracket members when a seatback is rotated in an opposite direction while the seatback is folded or unfolded.
Pumping device for seat of vehicle
A pumping device for a seat of a vehicle is proposed. In the pumping device, a spring providing a restoring force to a lever bracket is directly connected to a housing without a separate component, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced and a layout size is reduced in response to removal of the component supporting the spring.
Seat armrest and seat with armrest
The invention relates primarily to an armrest with an arm support (11) pivotable about an axis (a) between an upper end position and a lower end position, with a locking mechanism (13) movable between a locked position and a released position, comprising first detent (14) on the arm support (11) and second detent (15) on a structure (12) with fixed position, wherein the first detent (14) and the second detent (15) are engaged when the locking mechanism (13) is in a locked position and are disengaged when the locking mechanism is in a released position. The special feature thereof consists in that at least a partial range of the movement of the locking mechanism (13) in at least one direction between the released position and the locked position takes place in damped manner by a damping element (26).
Pivotable armrest with bolt mechanism
An armrest for a motor vehicle has a housing body and an arm support fitted pivotably on the housing body. A rotatably mounted bolt is provided on the arm support with a bolt tongue which, in a locking position, interacts with a striker plate on the housing body, as a result of which a pivoting of the arm support away from the housing body is blocked. A U-shaped support bracket is fitted on the arm support and has, upon application of a force for pivoting of the arm support away from the housing body in the locking position of the bolt, contact with the bolt tongue on the side which faces away from the arm support. A support force is thus exerted in the direction of the arm support on the bolt. The support bracket in the locking position of the bolt, engages around at least the bolt tongue.
Vehicle seating system
A seating system for a vehicle includes a seat back and a seat bottom selectively rotatable between a design position and a stowed position. A latch arrangement has a first cam with first and second surfaces, a support structure with first and second surfaces, and a second cam. The latch arrangement has a first locking position wherein the first surface of the first cam engages the first surface of the support structure so that movement of the seat bottom from the design position to the stowed position is inhibited. The latch arrangement also has a second locking position wherein the second cam engages a portion of the support structure so that movement of the seat bottom from the stowed position to the design position is inhibited.
Pumping device for seat of vehicle
A pumping device for a seat of a vehicle, in which a cam supporter supports a clutch cam to be balanced in the pumping device, thereby minimizing movement of the clutch cam due to an external force reversely input, and the cam supporter guides movements of brake rollers, thereby causing braking operation by the brake rollers to be precisely performed and improving operating performance.
Back frame
A back frame, which forms a framework of a seatback, includes a back side frame, a stopper, and an extending portion. The back side frame is rotatable with respect to a cushion frame in seat front-rear directions. The stopper is fixed to the back side frame and includes a contact portion. When the contact portion contacts a contact target portion that is immobile with respect to the cushion frame, the stopper restricts rotation of the back side frame. The extending portion extends from the stopper in the seat front-rear directions. The extending portion is fixed to the back side frame in at least a part of the extending portion.
GEARING DEVICE FOR SEAT
Disclosed is a gearing device for a seat including a first internally toothed gear, a second internally toothed gear, an externally toothed gear, and an eccentric member. The first internally toothed gear includes a rotation center axis. The second internally toothed gear has the rotation center axis in common with the first internally toothed gear and is rotatably supported by the first internally toothed gear. The externally toothed gear is arranged to an inner side of the first and the second internally toothed gear, to thereby mesh with the first and the second internally toothed gears. The eccentric member rotates the externally toothed gear such that a rotation center thereof follows a path around the rotation center axis, rotatably supports the externally toothed gear about the rotation center, and rotates about the rotation center axis in response to a rotational force being externally input thereto.
Latching device for motor vehicle applications
A latching device for motor vehicle applications, in particular to a multi-position backrest latch for locking and unlocking seat backrests in motor vehicles. The basic structure of the device has a locking mechanism substantially consisting of a catch and pawls, and also has a locking pin that interacts with the locking mechanism, and a cam element, which acts upon the locking pin in the direction of an open position. According to the invention, the cam element acts on a blocking element which engages over the locking pin.
Lock mechanism for rotary component control
A lock mechanism for controlling a rotating component including an outer shaft attachable to a stationary component and having a slotted ring defining capture slots and an interior annular space, a control ring having a first end disposed in the annular space, an inner shaft attachable to a rotating component configured to rotate relative to the stationary component, and the inner shaft engaged with a second end of the control ring, a first collar rotatably disposed around the slotted ring, the first collar having a plurality of release recesses, and a plurality of first bearings respectively retained within the capture slots beneath the first collar. In a first rotational position of the first collar, the plurality of release recesses align with the capture slots to rotationally disengage the rotating and stationary components. In a second rotational position of the first collar, the plurality of release recesses misalign with the capture slots to rotationally engage the rotating and stationary components.
