Electric seat and angle adjustment device thereof
An electric seat and an angle adjustment device thereof are provided. The angle adjustment device includes an inner toothed plate and an outer toothed plate engaging with each other, and an eccentric cavity formed therebetween. An eccentric ring completely occupying a positive eccentric region of the eccentric cavity is provided in the eccentric cavity. The eccentric ring has a first accommodating region and a second accommodating region along a circumferential direction. The angle adjustment device further comprises a driving component for driving rotation of the eccentric ring. A damping component is provided in the first accommodating region and/or the second accommodating region, and the damping component is in a compressed state during operation of the driving component. The damping component eliminates a useless stroke in the above operation, thereby eliminating an adjustment lag experienced by a passenger during reverse adjustment of a seat and backrest.
ARMREST TILTING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to an armrest tilting device provided on a seat and capable of tilting and adjusting an armrest capable of supporting a user’s arm. The armrest tilting device includes: a shaft which is installed on a seat and has one end installed on an armrest in such a way as to be relatively rotated; a housing which is fastened to the armrest and supports the shaft in the state where the shaft is installed on the armrest; a bracket which is fastened and fixed to the shaft; a ratchet which is rotatably fastened to a hinge member fastened to the bracket; a sector gear portion which is fastened to and rotates together with the armrest and is engaged with the ratchet; a guide plate which is provided on the sector gear portion and where the ratchet moves in one area while being separated from the sector gear portion; and an elastic member which applies an elastic force such that ratchet gear teeth formed on the ratchet are meshed with sector gear teeth formed on the sector gear portion.
LATCH DEVICE AND VEHICLE SEAT
A latch device includes a latch engageable with a rod portion of a striker, and is capable of transition to a locked state in which the latch is engaged with the rod portion and to an unlocked state in which the latch is disengaged from the rod portion, and includes a first shaft member that supports the latch in a manner that permits the latch to rotate, and a base member that supports the first shaft member. The base member is a unitary member which includes a first support wall disposed on one side of the latch and configured to support one end of the first shaft member, a second support wall disposed on an other side of the latch and configured to support an other end of the first shaft member, and a connecting wall that connects the first support wall and the second support wall.
The base member is a unitary member which includes a first support wall disposed on one side of the latch and configured to support one end of the first shaft member, a second support disposed on an other side of the latch and configured to support an other end of the first shaft member, and a connecting wall that connects the first support wall and the second support wall.
Vehicle seat with inclinable seat back
A vehicle seat comprising a seatback mounted pivoting by an articulation mechanism selectively lockable and unlockable, relative to a seatback footing selectively lockable and unlockable on a base, where the seat further comprises a seat cushion, first and second rear connecting rods connecting the seatback to the base, an actuating device being configured, by rotation of the first rear connecting rod, for driving the seatback into a folded down position when the articulation mechanism is unlocked and the seatback footing is locked on the base, and for driving the seat in a forward tilted position when the seatback footing is unlocked and the articulation mechanism is locked.
Lifter device
A lifter device includes: an output shaft; a support member supporting the output shaft; an input member coupled to an operation handle; a feed portion transmitting forward and reverse rotation of the input member to the output shaft; a lock portion locking the rotation of the output shaft; and a friction generating portion applying a frictional force to the rotation of the output shaft. A rotating cam of the friction generating portion is a switching structure of switching to: a friction-suppression state when the operation handle is in a neutral position and when the operation handle is turned from the neutral position in a direction of raising the seat; and a friction-on state when the operation handle is turned from the neutral position in a direction of lowering the seat.
Rotary backrest recline mechanism
A backrest recline mechanism including a first shaft attachable to a first seat assembly component and a second shaft attachable to a second seat assembly component. The first shaft has a slotted ring defining capture slots and an interior annular space. A control ring has a first end disposed in the annular space. The second shaft is engaged with a second end of the control ring. A first collar, having a plurality of release recesses, is rotatably disposed around the slotted ring. First bearings respectively retained within the capture slots are beneath the first collar. In a first rotational position of the first collar, the plurality of release recesses align with the capture slots to rotationally disengage the first and second components. In a second rotational position, the release recesses misalign with the capture slots to rotationally engage the first and second seat assembly components.
Locking device for walk-in seat of vehicle
Disclosed is a locking device for a walk-in seat of a vehicle capable of stably maintaining the locked state of the walk-in seat prior to a walk-in operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a locking device for a walk-in seat of a vehicle capable of stably maintaining the locked state of the walk-in seat prior to a walk-in operation (that is, the locked state of a drive plate for the walk-in operation of the seat) even if the engagement between the drive plate and a pawl is released due to deformation caused by a torsional load applied to a connection frame of the seat by additionally providing a separate component configured to prevent the drive plate from being rotated in an unlocking direction when a load is applied to a seat belt buckle.
