VEHICLE SEAT AND METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING A VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat may have a seat part which can be moved from a usage position into a non-usage position, a seat back, a base, and a seat kinematics connecting the seat part pivotably to the base. The seat kinematics may have a rocker which by a first rotary joint is deflected pivotably on an adapter connected to the base and by a second rotary joint is deflected pivotably on the seat part. A spacing between the base and the seat part can be changed by selection of a first articulation point for articulation of the first pivot joint on the adapter fixedly connected to the base, and/or by selection of a second articulation point for articulation of the second pivot joint on the seat part. A method for assembling such a vehicle seat is also provided.
Vehicle seat assemblies
A seat for a vehicle is provided. The seat comprises a lock device having an unlocked position and a locked position and an unlock groove disposed on a seat back. The unlock groove is in communication with the lock device and configured to receive a tongue of a seatbelt, and the lock device is unlocked when the tongue is inserted into the unlock groove.
DUAL CAM LATCH
A latch assembly comprises a sector arm including a first pin and a second pin, wherein the first pin operably couples a structural cam to the sector arm, the structural cam being operable between an blocked and removed position, an adjustment cam operably coupled to the structural cam and the sector arm by the first pin, a locking hook operably coupled to the sector arm by the second pin and rotatable between a locked position and a unlocked position, and a return spring operably coupling the locking hook with the structural cam, wherein the locking hook is rotated to the unlocked position when the structural cam is drawn to the removed position.
SECTOR ARM AND LATCH ASSEMBLY
A seating assembly comprises a seat base operably coupled to a track assembly and a latch assembly configured to couple the seat base to the track assembly. The latch assembly comprises a sector arm operably coupled to a first pivot pin and a second pivot pin, wherein the first pivot pin is operably coupled to the seat base, a striker operably coupled to the second pivot pin and including a striker pin, and a dual cam latch operably coupled to the sector arm and disposed between the first pivot pin and the second pivot pin and operable between a lowered position in which the latch assembly is engaged with the striker pin and a raised position in which the latch assembly is released.
FOUR-WAY PITCHING MECHANISM FOR A SEATING ASSEMBLY
A seating assembly includes a striker pin operably coupled to a track assembly, a sector arm operably coupled to a seat base and defining a first pivot axis and a second pivot axis, a dual cam latch disposed between the second pivot axis and the seat base when the sector arm is in a raised position and engageable with the striker pin when the sector arm is in a lowered position, wherein the dual cam latch is releasable by a forward movement of a seatback, a release cam operably coupled to the sector arm along the second pivot axis, wherein the release cam is configured to rotate downward when the sector arm is in the raised position, and a release bar including a front portion and a rear portion, wherein the rear portion is engageable by the release cam.
Track release mechanism for a seating assembly
A seating assembly comprises a seat base operably coupled to a track assembly, a latch assembly, and a release bar including a front bar and a rear bar and configured to allow fore and aft movement of the seat base along the track assembly when a curve of the rear bar is depressed by the release cam. The latch assembly comprises a striker plate coupled to the track assembly, a dual cam latch configured to engage with a striker pin, and a sector arm that includes a pivot operably coupled to a release cam and the striker plate.
SEAT BASE AND A CHILD SAFETY SEAT
A seat base of a child safety seat is adapted to be rested on a vehicle seat. The child safety seat includes a seat shell removably mounted on the seat base. The seat shell has a bottom portion and a backrest portion. The seat base includes an upper facing wall, front and rear positioning members disposed to position the seat shell to the seat base, and an angle restraining structure raised from the upper facing wall and configured to restrain a largest recline angle of the backrest portion of the seat shell. A safety included angle of the seat shell is not more than 70 degrees, thereby ensuring prevention of over-reclining of the child safety seat.
Seat for vehicle
A seat for a vehicle, including a seating part pivoting about a pivot connection, a pivot connection allowing the seating part to be lowered into a substantially horizontal position or lifted against a back rest, the lowering of the seating part being limited in the course thereof by at least one first abutment that can release the lowering following an impact, the being characterized in that the seating part includes at least two adjacent panels that can carry out a fold-back movement in relation to each other about an axis parallel to the pivot connection between the seating part and the back rest in such a way as to be able to bring the upper faces of the panels towards each other.
Device of folding seat for vehicle
A device of folding a seat for a vehicle may include a seat cushion disposed on a bottom of a vehicle body and rotatable by a rotation mechanism and provided with a first position fixing mechanism, a seat back rotatably disposed at a rear of the seat cushion and provided with a second position fixing mechanism, a headrest rotatably disposed at an upper portion of the seat back and fixed in position by a third position fixing mechanism disposed in the seat back, and an operation mechanism disposed in the seat back and unlocking the first position fixing mechanism to unlock the second position fixing mechanism and the third position fixing mechanism at a time of rotating the seat cushion so as to rotate the seat back and the headrest.
