The invention discloses an extension structure with expandable space, comprising: a vehicle body, a lower end face of the vehicle body is provided with a plurality of hydraulic support legs; four horizontal rods, the lower side of each opening is provided with two horizontal rods; the four horizontal rods are of telescopic structures, and are folded on two sides of the vehicle body; two top plates, two bottom plates, two extension side walls, each extension side wall comprising: a first side wall plate, a second side wall plate and a third side wall plate, wherein two side edges of the first side wall plate are hinged to one side edge of the second side wall plate and one side edge of the third side wall plate, respectively, and the other side edge of the second side wall plate and the other side edge of the third side wall plate are hinged to two sides of the openings, respectively. By adopting the extension structure with expandable space as illustrated in the invention, space available for use can be expanded effectively, and the demand on the functions of folding and expanding the space for practical use are fully met, that is to say, extra space is not occupied in a folded state, and after being positioned, mounted and expanded, the extension structure can meet a relatively high demand for living function, and can be used repeatedly.

An awning system includes an awning and a connection system for connecting the awning to a mounting structure. The awning includes a roller tube and an accessory element coupled to the roller tube. The connection system includes a receiving member and an adapter. The receiving member is coupled to the mounting structure and defines a receiving groove extending along an extension path. The adapter includes an engaging section coupled to the receiving groove and a receiving section coupled to the awning. A normal force between a contact area of the engaging section and the receiving groove increases when the engaging section rotates in one direction about the extension path such that the adapter is in a self-locked condition within the receiving groove.

The invention relates in general to a employable shelter structure, and particularly to such a structure which is vehicle mountable or mounted. The deployable shelter structure has a base defining a support surface and a fixed portion supported on a structure and a moveable portion pivotally mounted to the fixed portion. The moveable portion being displaceable from a folded position in which the fixed and moveable portions generally face each other and an unfolded position, in which said fixed and moveable portions are generally coplanar and define the support surface dimensioned to support at least one user. The deployable shelter structure is supported off of the ground. A collapsible hood including a cover and a plurality of support members support the cover, the support members being pivotally connected to the base such that, by pivotal movement of the support members, the hood can be moved between a collapsed state and a deployed state in which the hood covers the support surface to form the shelter. A stair or step ladder assembly is pivotally mounted on the moveable portion for movement between a stored position in which the stair or step ladder assembly is aligned with an edge or side of the moveable portion and a downwardly extending in-use position.

The present embodiments are directed to an awning assembly 1 for a recreational vehicle comprising a main body, a flexible awning material, a roller tube, a lead rail 5, at least one support leg 6 hinged to the lead rail 5, and at least one tension rafter 7 being mountable between the main body and the lead rail 5. The at least one support leg 6 is hinged to the lead rail 5 so that the support leg 6 can be hinged into a first storage section of the lead rail frame 8. The lead rail frame 8 comprises a second storage section 10 for receiving the tension rafter 7 therein, wherein the second storage section 10 comprises an opening 11, wherein either holder 12 is disposed within the opening 11, or the tension rafter 7 is self-clamping into the second storage section 10.

Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and devices for an awning. An awning apparatus of the disclosure includes a plurality of vertical support members and one or more flexible connectors coupled to the plurality of vertical support members. The one or more flexible connectors are removably secured to an upper end of at least one of the plurality of vertical support members. The apparatus includes a cover adapted for engaging the plurality of vertical support members. The apparatus includes a clipping mechanism attached to the cover and configured to removably secure the cover to at least one of the one or more flexible connectors. The apparatus is such that the one or more flexible connectors is configured to provide tension to hold the cover in a stretched orientation.

A tent system with utility rails is described. The hard shell tent system may include a first shell member, second shell member, utility rails, and an articulating mechanism. The first shell member may be adapted to mount to a roof of a vehicle. The second shell member may be adapted to mate with the first shell member and define an interior cavity when the tent system is in a closed position. The utility rails may be coupled to the second shell member and adapted to support items on top of the second shell member. The articulating mechanism may couple the first shell member to the second shell member and may transfer a weight of the second shell member and the utility rails to a roof of the vehicle when the tent system is in the open position.

A support bracket attaches to a standard automobile trunk lid or hatch lift gate locking mechanism to hold a variety of accessory items including an umbrella above the head of a user. The bracket is adjusted and clamped in tightness to the lift gates locking mechanism whereas to secure it without movement to the trunk or hatch lid. It is released using the standard factory provided vehicle trunk or lift gate release mechanism. The device can be used independent of any hand support when the user is adjacent the open trunk or hatch of an automobile. Accessories are placed into a releasable engagement with the bracket sleeve, which may be separately adjusted relative to the main bracket assembly to position the accessory advantageously to the individual behind the vehicle. The umbrella accessory allows for an unobstructed shelter from precipitation and sun.

A retractable awning is provided for a slide-out room on a recreational vehicle. The retractable awning includes a roller that has opposite ends supported by a head assembly. A slide bracket assembly is associated with each head assembly and includes a plate mounted on the slide-out room and a mounting arm that extends from the head assembly and may be slidably joined with the plate using a tenon and slot interconnection.
