The invention discloses a safety control take-up fastening appliance, comprising a base; the base is composed of a base bottom plate and base side plates; the front of the base is provided with a long webbing, a front cover, a movable pendulum block and a guide shaft; the middle is provided with ratchets, a connecting sleeve and a volute spring; the rear is provided with a first pawl, a handle and a short webbing. The invention can be used in the field of multiple types of logistics, which can effectively provide restraints for articles or goods and ensure stable transportation. The safety is far higher than that of the old-fashioned fastening appliance, which can effectively prevent the rapid retraction of the webbing from causing accidental injury to surrounding personnel or objects. At the same time, the connector can be loaded through the appliance connecting hole for easy installation and use.

Strap Winding Device
20220063478 · 2022-03-03 ·

A strap winding device for efficiently and easily winding up a strap such as a cargo strap after use. The strap winding device generally includes a main body which is adapted to rest upon a structure such as a trailer on a vehicle such as a truck. A mount may be connected to the main body, with the mount being removably inserted within an opening on the trailer, such as a trailer stake pocket. A winder is rotatably connected to the mount by a sleeve, with the winder being operable to rotate a reel onto which the strap may be wound. The reel includes a pair of prongs which are tapered towards each other to ease removal of the strap after winding.

Strap Winding and Storage Device

A tie down capable of sustaining a load includes a drum assembly having an axle and a pair of drum wheels, a pair of slots, a pair of ratchets having gear teeth, and a pawl having a pair of flanges. One of the pair of flanges correspondingly engages in one of the pair of slots disposed within each of the pair of drums. The flanges of the pawl can simultaneously disengage from between the gear teeth of each of the pair of ratchets or simultaneously engage between the gear teeth of each of the pair of ratchets to selectively constrain rotation of the pair of ratchets.

HIGH SPEED WINCH REWIND ADAPTER
20210229949 · 2021-07-29 ·

This disclosure describes a high speed winch rewind adapter for quickly rewinding a loading strap. In one implementation, the adapter includes a body having a volume sized to at least partially surround an annular end of the winch. The annular end is coupled with a ratchet mechanism of the winch and having at least one hole for receiving a winch bar. A drive connector is positioned both within the volume of the body and external to the volume of the body, the drive connector external to the volume of the body having an external profile to receive a torque, and the drive connector within the volume of the body insertable into the annular end of the winch for alignment to the axis of rotation. A coupling mechanism synchronizes the drive connector to the annular end such that both the drive connector and the annular end rotate simultaneously.

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a ratchet strap system configured with a ball-shaped handgrip adapted to manipulate a ratchet strap drive shaft. In an illustrative example, the handgrip may include a substantially spherical distal portion coupled to the drive shaft via a substantially cylindrical neck member. The handgrip may, for example, be configured for after-market installation by receiving a shaft extension member of the drive shaft. Some handgrips may include opposing radial apertures for a retention pin to longitudinally fix the handgrip to the shaft extension member. A pliable resilient member disposed at the distal end may prevent decoupling prior to tensioning the strap. In various embodiments, the deployment time of a ratchet strap system may, for example, be reduced by using the handgrip to facilitate initial winding of a load securing strap, and to wind excess strap length for storage in conjunction with an elastic retaining loop.

According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a securing device comprising a strap, a first magnetic member coupled to the strap, a second member which is a magnet or attractable by the first magnetic member and coupled to the strap at a distance from the first magnetic member, and wherein the securing device is configured to hold at least a part of the strap in a specific rolled up storage position by a magnetic field of at least one magnetic member.

Manual safety tensioning device for automobile

A safety tensioning device for automobile has a main body, a winding mechanism and a first strap; wherein, the winding mechanism has a frame, a winding shaft and a winding wheel; the winding shaft runs through the two opposite walls of the frame, an inner end of the first strap is connected to the winding shaft; when the winding wheel rotates outward causes the winding shaft to rotate synchronously so that the first strap is wound inside the frame, and, when the winding wheel rotates inward causes the winding shaft to be locked to the frame, preventing the first strap from unwinding. The present invention has the following advantages, the winding wheel can be rotated inward or outward. In addition, the first strap passes through the device body and is limited on the band slot, so the strap can be prevented from being pulled out accidently.

Strapping device

A strapping device to secure an item, the strapping device comprising an elongate rod extending along a longitudinal rod axis, the rod having a proximal end, an opposed distal end and a central portion extending between the proximal end and the distal end, a handle coupled to the proximal end of the elongate rod, a strap arm coupled to the distal end of the elongate rod, a wound strap positioned around at least a portion of the strap arm, and at least one retainer positioned on the strap arm at a desired position relative to the elongate rod and configured to guide the strap.
