RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER MEMBER ASSEMBLY
A radiator support upper member assembly includes: an upper inner panel including an inner flange protruding toward a front direction, and an upper outer panel including an outer flange, wherein the outer flange protrudes toward the front direction and is configured to overlap the inner flange and form a front flange, and the upper inner panel and the upper outer panel are joined and form a dosed cross-section.
Lamp for vehicle
A lamp for a vehicle includes a plurality of optical modules, a first bracket arranged behind the plurality of optical modules, the first bracket performing aiming in a first direction for the plurality of optical modules, and a second bracket arranged between the plurality of optical modules and the first bracket, the second bracket performing aiming in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first direction for each of the plurality of optical modules. In particular, the second bracket is movably coupled to the first bracket to allow each of the plurality of optical modules to be aimed in the second direction as the second bracket moves.
Fastening device for a vehicle lamp unit, lamp unit for a vehicle, and vehicle
A fastening device fastens a lamp unit on a vehicle. The fastening device allows the lamp unit to be fastened to a body part of the vehicle. A lamp unit for the vehicle has a lamp member and a fastening device for fastening the lamp unit to a body part of the vehicle.
Flush Mount Fog Pod and Method of Attachment
A flush mount fog pod is front-mounted through a hole in a vehicle or bumper frame. A bracket is inserted through the hole and turned 90 degrees for mounting to a bezel, which is attached to the front of the hole with bolts and nuts. A light pod is then snapped into the bracket. An adjustor bolt adjustably attaches to the back of the light pod through an access hole in the bezel and controls the tilt of the light pod by screwing and unscrewing the head of the adjustor bolt from the front of the light. A protective cover rotates over the head of the adjustor bolt when not in use to protect it from dirt and debris.
VEHICLE HEADLAMP MOUNTING ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE
The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicles, and aims to provide a headlamp mounting structure which can achieve a trade-off between the “weakness” for pedestrian safety and protection and the “strength” for durability, impact resistance and modal parameters. To this end, the invention provides a vehicle headlamp mounting assembly and a vehicle. The vehicle headlamp mounting assembly includes an upper mounting bracket, a middle mounting bracket, a lower mounting bracket, a fender bracket, a connecting plate, and a reinforcing bracket. A bottom end of the reinforcing bracket is connected to the lower mounting bracket via at least one blind rivet. A first mounting structure is provided near an inner end of the upper mounting bracket. The fender bracket is provided with a second mounting structure. A third mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the middle mounting bracket. A fourth mounting structure is provided near the bottom end of the reinforcing bracket. When assembled, an upper part of a headlamp is fixed via the first mounting structure and the second mounting structure, and a lower part of the headlamp is fixed via the third mounting structure and the fourth mounting structure.
Universal mounting tabs and kits for automotive components
Mounting tabs, kits and methods of using the mounting tabs where none previously existed or for replacing/repairing broken mounting tabs are disclosed. For example, the mounting tabs, kits and methods disclosed herein are well suited for the repair of high value components, including automotive components.
System made up of an attachment part and a retaining element
A system includes an attachment part and a holding element for holding the attachment part on a carrier part, the holding element having a threaded part connected to the attachment part and an internal thread for a holding screw, and a spacer part, the spacer part and the threaded part having interacting threads, the spacer part having a through opening flush with the internal thread of the threaded part when the spacer part is screwed to the threaded part, with the result that the carrier part can be held between a head of the holding screw and the spacer part, the threaded part having a holding section for holding the attachment part, the holding section having at least one latching element which interacts with at least one corresponding latching element of the attachment part for releasably latching the attachment part on the threaded part.
Headlamp assembly for a vehicle body
The invention relates to a component group for a vehicle body, having a headlamp housing, which has at least one connecting portion integrally formed in one piece for connection to an adjoining body part, and a predetermined breaking point for separation of the connecting portion from a neighboring portion. To minimize both the repair costs in the event of a collision at low speed in the region of the headlamp and also the costs for production and assembly, it is provided according to the invention that the neighboring portion has connecting structures for connection to a joining part with which the connecting portion is replaceable after its separation.
FASTENING ELEMENT
A fastening element for connecting a first component to a second component. The fastening element may have a pin-like connecting element having a first fastening region and a second fastening region. The fastening element may also have a retaining element having a fastening portion which is provided with a receptacle for receiving the first fastening region. The retaining element may be configured for fastening in a cutout of the first component. The second fastening region may have a portion for engaging in a receptacle of the second component. A drive interface may be provided on the connecting element so that the connecting element held in the receptacle is movable.
Lighting and/or Signalling Device for Vehicles
A lighting and/or signalling device for motor vehicles, comprising: a container body, a lenticular body that forms a housing chamber; at least one light source, arranged inside the housing chamber; a first gasket made of elastomeric material, which extends along at least one part of a perimeter edge of the container body and which defines a barrier to the ingress of water and/or foreign bodies between the container body and the bodywork. The housing body includes one or more spacer elements, each of which consists of an appendix which protrudes from the housing body in a predetermined position and abuts against the bodywork in the housing seat. Each spacer element is provided with a cap made of elastomeric material applied to cover at least one free end portion of the spacer element.
