Light securing device having a plurality of legs for securing a lighting device to a structure
A light securing device includes an exterior body having an opening configured to accommodate a lighting device and including a peripheral portion configured to contact a first surface of a structure; and a plurality of legs extending from the peripheral portion, a leg of the plurality of legs including a stem extending in an insertion direction of the lighting device, and a securing mechanism extending away from the stem and configured to contact a second surface of the structure opposite the first surface to secure the lighting device to the structure.
GPS TRACKING SYSTEM
An LED taillight with an integrated GPS tracking system is disclosed therein. The GPS tracking system is hidden behind the LED portion of the LED taillight so that the GPS tracking system is not noticeable by someone inspecting a trailer on which the LED taillight is installed. Additionally, power sent to the LED taillight to power the LEDs also recharge a battery associated with the GPS tracking system and power the GPS tracking system during use.
VEHICULAR LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
The present disclosure enables lighting performance which appears as if there are more light sources than the actual number of light sources, and reduces brightness unevenness. A vehicular light-emitting device includes a plurality of light-emitting units, each of which includes an LED part and a lens configured to diffuse and emit the light received from the LED part, the plurality of light-emitting units being arranged side by side. The plurality of light-emitting units are arranged so that one or more brightness peak values exist between adjacent light-emitting units. Moreover, the light emitted from the lenses of the light-emitting units has a plurality of brightness peaks with respect to the spreading direction of the light, and the arrangement interval of the plurality of light-emitting units is set so that the plurality of brightness peaks of the light emitted from the plurality of light-emitting units are aligned at substantially equal intervals.
RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
A receiver assembly includes a housing supporting a receiver at least partially within the housing. The receiver includes interior walls forming a cavity accessible through a slot formed in a face of the receiver. First and second lugs extend from the receiver and opposing guide tracks extend from the housing for receiving at least portions of the first and second lugs and limiting movement of the receiver to a first axis within a first plane.
LOOSE LAYERED BUILD COMPONENTS AND VEHICLE FRONT END ASSEMBLY STRATEGY
A subassembly for a vehicle front end includes a grille, a housing supporting at least one light, and a lens attached to said housing. The lens has at least one attribute for engaging said grille. The grille may include at least one extension and the at least one attribute has a shape corresponding with the extension. The at least one attribute may further restrict movement of said lens relative said grille in a Y-axis direction. This ensures consistent margins or gap widths therebetween. The at least one attribute may include an aperture, or a cavity formed in said lens for receiving the extension. The at least one extension may include an overlapping portion of said grille, and the at least one extension may be a loop overlapping at least a portion of said lens.
Fastener for a vehicle lamp assembly
A fastener for a vehicle lamp assembly has an adjustable stud and grommet. Positioning grooves on the stud interact with positioning fingers on the grommet in a ratcheting fashion to allow more accurate alignment of the lamp assembly prior to securing the lamp assembly to a vehicle.

INTEGRATED LIGHTING
A lighting system for specialty lighting, which may be attached to a motor vehicle with a window (e.g., glass, plastic, etc.) that is light transmissive. The lighting system may include one or more light assemblies attached to the window in an interior of the vehicle or an exterior area of the vehicle. In one embodiment, a light assembly may be internal to the window.
Theft deterrent vehicle lamp mount system
A theft-deterrent lamp system for use with a vehicle includes a grommet and a cover. The lamp system is configured to mount with the vehicle and receive a lamp to couple the lamp with the vehicle. The lamp system is arranged to block the lamp from being separated from the vehicle without removing a portion of the lamp system from the vehicle.
Tamper resistant and theft resistant vehicle light assembly
A tamper resistant and theft resistant light assembly for a tractor trailer or other vehicle that can be easily installed on the vehicle but cannot be removed without being broken. The light assembly may have one or more flexible projection fingers that deform to allow the light assembly to be mounted on the vehicle body plate by pushing the light assembly into an opening therein, but prevent the light assembly from being removed from the opening. The light assembly has a mounting ring that breaks away from the light assembly if an attempt is made to pry the light assembly out of the opening.
