20180202223 · 2018-07-19 ·

A side plate pressing device for a vehicle curtain has a positioning assembly and a buckle. The positioning assembly and the buckle are respectively mounted on a shaft and a side plate. A buckle unit is pivoted on the fixing base, and is positioned on one of a first position and a second position of the fixing base. When a curtain body is curled, the buckle and the buckle unit can be engaged with each other. A user can hold the side plate and press downward to pivot the buckle and the buckle unit downward. Then, the buckle unit can be positioned on the second position, and the side plate is drooping, so as not to obstruct the user from using a rear space of a vehicle.

LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT COVER FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
20180178731 · 2018-06-28 ·

A luggage compartment cover including a flexible cover sheet held on a winding shaft so that it can be wound and unwound between an extended functional position and a wound-up resting position, and substantially dimensionally stable contour section attached to a front end region of the cover sheet in the direction of extension and assigned to a holding element for securing the contour section in the extended functional position at holding areas fixed to the luggage compartment. The contour section is configured such that, starting from a planar orientation, it can be bent toward one side relative to an axis of curvature oriented parallel or coaxially to an axis of rotation of the winding shaft, and is supported toward the opposite side in the planar orientation in an inherently stable manner.

A cargo space cover for passenger vehicles including a cover web (11) having a first edge arranged at a winding shaft and movable between a retracted position in which the cover web is rolled up onto the winding shaft and a functional position in which the cover web is the drawn off from the winding shaft; a winding shaft housing (12) in which the winding shaft is rotatably mounted; a spring loaded drive for the winding shaft, which applies a restoring force to the cover web (11) against a pulling force; at least one fixing element (17) a journal (25) configured to fix the cover web (11) in the functional position; and a reinforced end portion (20) located at an end of the cover web (11) away from the winding shaft, wherein the fixing element (17) is movable from an active position for fixing to a storage position.

Vehicle rear cargo area structure

A vehicle body structure defines a cargo area. With a rear door in a closed orientation the rear door blocks access to the cargo area. In an open orientation, the rear door exposes the cargo area. A first cover is supported within the vehicle body structure above and spaced apart from a floor proximate a forward end of the cargo area. The first cover is movable between a retracted orientation exposing the cargo area and an extended orientation at least partially concealing the cargo area. A second cover is attached to the rear door along an interior surface thereof such that with the rear door in the closed orientation and the first cover in the extended orientation, the first cover abuts the second cover such that the first cover and the second cover conceal the cargo area.

A cargo space cover for vehicles including a roller blind which is fixated with a first edge at a winding shaft and which includes a tension rod at a second edge that is remote from the winding shaft; a winding shaft drive which acts against a pull out movement of the roller blind and which moves the roller blind from a pulled out position into a pulled in position; and a support device which cooperates with the tension rod and by which the roller blind is movable into an intermediary position that releases a vehicle cargo space at least partially, wherein a positioning drive is provided in addition to the winding shaft drive, wherein the positioning drive moves the tension rod which moves the roller blind into at least one intermediary position.

PROTECTIVE COVER SYSTEM AND RELATED METHOD

A protective cover system for a motor vehicle includes a first roller, a first cover wound onto the first roller, a second roller and a second cover wound onto the second roller. The protective cover system also includes a control module for displacing the covers between stowed and deployed positions covering one or both of the motor vehicle bumper and an interior cargo floor of the motor vehicle.

Retractable cargo cover system

A retractable cargo cover system is provided for a motor vehicle having three rows of seating. That retractable cargo cover system includes a first receiver carried on a second row seat, a second receiver carried on a third row seat and a retractable cargo cover assembly. The retractable cargo cover assembly may be selectively mounted in the first receiver or the second receiver as desired by the vehicle operator.

VEHICLE LOADSPACE COVER WITH CARGO FIXING POINT

A vehicle loadspace cover is provided that is securable to a portion of a vehicle. The loadspace cover comprises a cargo fixing point configured to secure an item of cargo to the loadspace cover.

Load compartment cover having sound-absorbing characteristics

The invention relates to a load compartment cover having sound-absorbing characteristics. A load compartment is provided between the rear seats and a tailgate. The load compartment cover is embodied from a sound-absorbing partition that is arranged in a space above a base of the load compartment and is embodied from a material that is in part permeable to sound waves. A load compartment cover of this type is to be easily handled in practice and is not to comprise any disadvantages associated with known load compartment covers. This is achieved by virtue of the fact that the partition is formed from multiple, preferably two, thin sheets that are arranged spaced apart one above the other. The thin sheets are provided with a micro perforation and only one air cushion is provided between the thin sheets.
