Holder of a tonneau cover of a vehicle including an internally hollow box-like body accommodating the tonneau device and provided with a longitudinal slot for extracting a retractable member of the tonneau device, and with opposite closed ends, received in use in pockets carried by the vehicle body and provided with releasable coupling means for coupling to the pockets; in which the box-like body includes: two half-shells thermoformed preferably in one single piece together with a plastic hinge defined by at least one deformable tongue, which joins the half-shells to each other along respective opposite first longitudinal sides of the half-shells; the half-shells are reciprocally couplable by overlapping with respective facing concavities thereof; and a pair of opposite cup-shaped heads which, with the half-shells coupled, are fitted on corresponding opposite ends of the half-shells, to form the ends of the box-like body.

Multi-function/position cover system for a vehicle cargo area

A vehicle having first and second seat rows supported by a floor and a lift gate for accessing a cargo area partially defined by the second seat row, the floor, and the lift gate includes first and second flexible covers positioned within at least one cassette in a retracted position. The at least one cassette is positioned adjacent a floor of the vehicle behind the second seat row. At least one of the first and flexible covers may include a pass through door allowing for storage of elongated cargo when at least a portion of the second seat row is folded down. The pass through door may be secured in a closed position by a zipper, a hook and loop fastener, at least one magnet, or at least one snap.

A cargo cover assembly is provided. That cargo cover assembly includes a cargo area cover and a flipper panel. The flipper panel has a proximal end pivotally connected to the cargo area cover and a distal end carrying a roller for engaging a back of the seat that is located vehicle forward of the cargo area cover. The cargo area cover includes a housing, a cover-retracting mechanism held in the housing and a flexible cover displaceable between extended and retracted positions. One or more storage compartments may be provided in the flipper panel and storage hooks may be adjustably mounted to the housing of the cargo area cover.

LIGHT WEIGHT LOW COST STRETCHING LOAD COVER
20170066381 · 2017-03-09 ·

A load cover arrangement for an interior luggage compartment of a vehicle. The load cover arrangement comprises a load cover having a fixed end attached to a tailgate of the vehicle, and a front portion having fastening members for releasably attaching to a front side of the luggage compartment. When attached, the load cover extends a distance D.sub.closed in a closed tailgate position, and a distance D.sub.open in an open tailgate position, measured from an opening in the tailgate and across the luggage compartment. The fixed end of the load cover is arranged inside of the tailgate and the load cover extends an internal distance D.sub.internal and projects out through the opening in the tailgate, wherein at least a portion of the load cover is resiliently elastic so that it is stretchable between a retracted position with a length of D.sub.retracted, the closed tailgate position and the open tailgate position.

Roller shutter tail cover and roller shutter cover
12246584 · 2025-03-11 ·

Provided in the present disclosure are a roller shutter tail cover and a roller shutter cover with the same. The roller shutter tail cover includes a cover body, a limit switch, and a limit device, where the limit switch is disposed on the cover body, and the limit device is connected to the limit switch. During motion of the roller shutter tail cover, when the limit switch is touched, the limit switch starts the limit device, and the limit device works to limit the motion of the roller shutter tail cover. During motion of the roller shutter tail cover, if the roller shutter tail cover touches other objects, the limit switch starts the limit device, and the limit device limits the motion of the roller shutter tail cover, thereby preventing the roller shutter tail cover from pinching other objects and lowering the safety risk.

Roll cover assembly

A roll cover assembly for covering a cargo space of a vehicle includes a cassette housing an extendable/retractable roll cover, a first receptacle adjacent a first side wall of the cargo space and having a channel configured to slidably guide a first end of the cassette during insertion or removal, a second receptacle adjacent a second side wall of the cargo space and having an opening configured to receive a second end of the cassette and permit pivoting of the cassette about the second end during removal of the first end from the first receptacle, a locking mechanism releasably locking the first end of the cassette into the first receptacle, and a release device actuatable to release the locking mechanism by pulling along a line-of-action parallel with a direction in which the first end of the cassette moves during removal from the first receptacle.

A pull holder of a covering curtain has an annular handle, an enclosed hole surrounded by the handle, a pivot cover, and a torsion spring. The pivot cover is pivotally connected to the handle via a pivot rod portion. The pivot rod portion has a pivot rod and a position restricting flange radially formed on the pivot rod and disposed between a first pivot portion and a supporting portion of the handle and next to the supporting portion. The torsion spring is mounted around the pivot rod and disposed between the supporting portion and a connecting portion of the handle. Thus, the pivot rod of the pivot rod portion of the pivot cover does not axially slide relative to the handle. Accordingly, the pull holder does not disassemble and can be operated stably.
