The pair of tie-down brackets is secured to an exterior of the internal panel between the upper and lower panels. The tie-down brackets define C-channels that extend in a direction that is substantially parallel with the side panels.

The current embodiment of the broken golf tee collection container is designed to elevate over the dashboard of a golf cart or a similar vehicle using attachment brackets and can be easily removed and reattached. The container has a bottom with slots for water to drain. The angled or vertical sides and the open top design of the container makes it easy to store and to remove broken golf tees, as needed. The top portions of the attachment brackets are secured to the left and right edges on the bottom part of the container and support the container in an almost level position above the dashboard. The lower portion of the attachment brackets are a rotated block U shape, which slides onto and over the dashboard to secure the container and contents during the normal operation of the golf cart.

The elastic buffering element is arranged in the telescopic cavity, and the elastic buffering element is configured to be compressed by the first connecting member and the second connecting element together to deform and absorb energy during a collision.

An upper nut and bolt set including a nut and a bolt can pass through an upper bolt hole of the front body portion, and a lower nut and bolt set including a nut and a bolt can pass through a lower bolt hole of the front body portion. The locking pin can pass through the high lift jack and allow a lock to be coupled to a lock hole in the locking pin that protrudes frontward from the high lift jack.
