HARDSHELL MODULAR LIGHTWEIGHT LOAD-CARRYING EQUIPMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MAKING THEREOF
The present disclosure relates to an improved Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) system that employs hard-shells and a method of making thereof. The disclosed hard-shell MOLLE system not only provides better durability for the MOLLE system, but also allows the MOLLE system to apply on hard objects such as thermoformed/molded backpacks, bags, vehicle panels and containers etc.
Holder for detachably fastening a flat device to a motor vehicle seat
The invention relates to a holder (10) for detachably fastening a flat, approximately rectangular device—such as a tablet computer or a smartphone—to a motor vehicle seat (20), wherein the holder has a fastening device (12) for the detachable plug-in fastening of the holder to a plug-in receptacle (18) allocated to the motor vehicle seat, and wherein the holder has a holding device (24) for detachably holding the device to the holder, wherein the fastening device and the holding device are connected to one another via a coupling element (36), wherein the coupling element is connected to the fastening device via a first joint and to the holding device via a second joint, wherein the joints are designed as swivel joints with a first swivel joint (42) and a first swivel axis (38) and with a second swivel joint (44) and a second swivel axis (40), wherein the first swivel axis and the second swivel axis are oriented parallel to one another.
Vehicle camera holding device
A vehicle camera module (1) that includes a lens assembly (2) and a printed circuit board assembly (3) to which an image sensor (4) and associated components are mounted. The lens assembly (2) includes a camera module holder (5) and a camera lens (6), the camera lens (6) having a longitudinal extension (L) and a lens aperture (7), where the camera lens (6) at least partly is housed in the camera module holder (5). The camera module holder (5) includes at least two guide arms (8a, 8b, 8c) that are adapted to extend past corresponding printed circuit board edges (9a, 9b, 9c), the PCB assembly (3) being mounted such that the image sensor (4) faces the camera lens (6).
ADAPTER DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An adapter device for a vehicle includes a rail unit installed in the vehicle and defining a moving path, and an adapter unit mounted on the rail unit to move along the moving path, with a connector for mounting various convenience equipment being interchangeably coupled to the adapter unit.
Article cushioning interface and related methods
An article cushion is provided, including a body formed from a resilient material and an elongate channel defined in the body. At least one openable bracket has a pair of pliable, openable arms that terminate in a receiving gap. The receiving gap has a width smaller than a cross-section of the clasp. The clasp is insertable transversely through the receiving gap when the openable arms are in a splayed configuration, with the openable arms securing the clasp therebetween when the open arms are in a relaxed configuration. At least one closed bracket has a pair of pliable, closed arms that terminate in a restraining area. The restraining area is sized and shaped to prevent transverse insertion or extraction of the clasp through the restraining area, the clasp being axially moveable through closed arms when the closed arms are in a relaxed configuration.
Remote release assembly for a surface mount
A surface mount assembly may comprise at least one connector set, including a mount anchor and mount fitting that are configured to lockingly engage, and a remote release assembly for unlocking the two. The surface mount assembly may include a catch to catch the mount fitting as it drops from engagement with the mount anchor. The surface mount assembly may further include a guide member for guiding the mount fitting into engagement with the mount anchor. The surface mount assembly may further include a case mount assembly that is crashworthy, in that it is configured to transfer the loads from cargo contained in the case to the mount fitting, while largely bypassing the case. The surface mount assembly may also include two connector sets, where the remote release assembly is disposed between the two and is configured to simultaneous release each of the two from engagement.
Push-button actuated rear latch hook mechanism
An apparatus for mounting within a vehicle, an object having at least one receptacle in a first main surface. The apparatus comprises a base having a mounting surface. A latch and a frame are movable between latched and unlatched positions and are biased toward the latched position by a first biasing element. One or more push buttons are movable between extended and depressed positions and are biased toward the extended position by a second biasing element. A lower portion of the push button blocks and allows movement of the frame toward the latched position when the push button is in the extended and depressed position, respectively. The first main surface pushes the push button to the depressed position, thereby enabling the first biasing element to move the latch and the frame to the latched position, in which the latch engages with the at least one receptacle.
WIRELESS CAR CHARGER MOUNT
A wireless car charger mount includes a magnetic adsorption portion and two clamping members provided on symmetric sides of the magnetic adsorption portion. The two clamping members are arranged in parallel, and the clamping members and the magnetic adsorption portion are perpendicular to each other. The clamping members are detachably connected to the magnetic adsorption portion through a steering structure, and the clamping members are adjusted and fixed in any direction on a vertical line perpendicular to the magnetic adsorption portion. The present disclosure solves the problem that when a mobile phone is designed with a built-in magnet, a magnetic force is greatly weakened due to the installation of a mobile phone case, such that the mobile phone cannot be firmly fixed on a magnetic adsorption support, and falls from the magnetic adsorption support easily, which affects the fixation of a vehicle-mounted mobile phone.
Vehicle tank
A motor vehicle tank that includes a tank container formed by a tank wall, and a holding element to fasten a component to the tank wall at an interior of the tank container. The holding element has at least one attachment point for fastening the holding element to the tank wall, at least one fastening element for fastening the component to the holding element, and a plurality of spring elements arranged between the at least one attachment point and the fastening element to facilitate fastening of the component to the tank wall in a spring-elastically decoupled manner.
Tonneau cover with shieldable interior mounting features
A detachable tonneau cover panel assembly for a vehicle tonneau cover includes a panel portion structured to be detachably connectible to a panel of a tonneau cover, and at least one mounting bracket attached to an interior side of the panel portion and structured to enable mounting of an object thereon. An optional shield may be attached to the panel portion to enclose and protect object(s) mounted on the mounting bracket(s). The tonneau cover panel assembly is structured to be easily detachable from other panels of the tonneau cover and man-portable so that a user may use the tonneau cover panel assembly as a carrying case for any objects mounted on the mounting brackets attached to the panel portion.
