Linear blocking apparatus having a linear device which is longitudinally displaceable along an axis and is guided in a housing, and modular system for the securement and release of persons, objects or the like, having a linear blocking apparatus of this type
A linear blocking apparatus has a linear device which is longitudinally displaceable along an axis and is guided in a housing. It is possible to switch back and forth, by means of a connectable or integrated switching device, between two motional states of the linear device. The linear device acts directly or indirectly on a rotary device. The rotary device, in dependence on the motional direction of the linear device, can be set in rotation in diverse rotational directions. A, in particular mechanical, blocking device is present, which is, or can be brought, directly or indirectly into operative connection with the rotary device. The blocking device is actuable by the switching device, whereby it is possible to switch back and forth between a first motional state and a second motional state of the linear device, and hence between the possible rotational directions of the rotary device.
PRE-TENSIONER FOR SEAT BELT OF VEHICLES
A pre-tensioner for a safety belt of vehicles is provided. The pre-tensioner for a safety belt of a vehicle that is disposed in a side sill of the vehicle and that operates to pull the safety belt by pushing a piston into a tube by a high pressure gas of a gas generator using explosive power of gunpowder that is configured at one side of a bracket in a state in which the piston is connected to the safety belt through a wire within the tube including: internal and external weldnuts that are fixed to each one side of internal and external side surfaces of the side sill, wherein by penetrating the side sill in a vehicle width direction by forming a screw at an external circumference of both end portions of the tube, the both end portions are engaged with the internal and external weldnuts, respectively.
TENSIONING DEVICE FOR A SAFETY BELT COMPONENT
A tensioning device for a safety belt component, comprising a gas generator for generating a pressurized gas, a piston that can be driven by the pressurized gas, a tension cable that is connected to the piston and is connectable to a safety belt component to be set into a tensioning movement, a tensioner tube for receiving and guiding the piston, and a guide block that forms a cable guide and in which a receptacle receiving the gas generator and a pressure chamber fluidically connected to the receptacle are formed, wherein the guide block is connected to the tensioner tube and the tension cable runs rectilinearly in a piston movement direction from the tensioner tube through the pressure chamber, and wherein at least one damping element is formed, which absorbs the kinetic energy of the safety belt component in the event of a load-free tensioning movement.
BELT TIGHTENER
The invention relates to a belt tensioner (30) for a vehicle occupant restraint system comprising a housing (32), a working chamber (34) into which the compressed gas released in the case of restraint is flowing, a pull rope (24) extending through an opening (36) within the housing (32) and a sealing bush (10) for sealing the working chamber (34) against the opening (36) between the pull rope (24) and the housing (32), with the sealing bush (10) comprising a sleeve (16) and a sealing element (12) and the sealing bush (10) being pressed onto the pull rope (24) by plastic deforming of the outer sleeve (16).
Pretensioner and safety belt assembly including the same
Disclosed are a pretensioner and a safety belt assembly including the same. The pretensioner includes an internal cylinder movably installed within an external cylinder with an outer surface thereof in contact with an inner surface of the external cylinder, a piston installed in the internal cylinder, a retracting member configured with one side connected to the piston and the other side configured to extend from the external cylinder and connected to a belt fastening a passenger, a gas generator configured to supply gas to the inside of the external cylinder to move the piston in a direction of pulling the retracting member, and a one-way restriction device configured to allow the piston to move with respect to the internal cylinder when the piston moves in the direction of pulling the retracting member and to restrict the piston to be within the internal cylinder when the piston moves in reverse direction.

Fluid damper for modulating a retaining force of a seat belt
A fluid damper for modulating a retaining force of a seat belt is provided. The fluid damper includes an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. The inner cylinder encloses an inner space. The fluid damper includes a piston shiftable in the inner space. The fluid damper includes a duct. The duct conductively connects a front fluid chamber disposed in front of the piston to a rear fluid chamber disposed behind the piston and/or a reservoir for the damping fluid. The duct includes an outer duct portion and an inner duct portion. The inner cylinder is deflectable from a rest position by a force acting on the piston so that the deflection of the inner cylinder causes an adjustment of an overlap of the outer duct portion and the inner duct portion depending on the magnitude of the force.
Restraint web pre-tensioning and suspension seat pull-down device
A device is disclosed for pre-tensioning an occupant restraint harness coupled to a seat portion of a motor vehicle seat and/or for pulling down the seat portion of the vehicle seat toward a seat base in embodiments in which the seat portion is suspended above the seat base. An elongated housing is secured to the seat portion, a web is coupled between the restraint harness or seat portion and the seat base or a support structure to which the seat base is mounted, and a piston carried by the housing defines a web guide in contact with the web between its two ends. As the piston moves along and relative to the housing in response to actuation thereof, the web guide displaces the web within the housing to pre-tension the occupant restraint harness and/or to pull the seat portion toward the seat base.
