HARNESS SYSTEM WITH LOCKING MECHANISM
An automatic harness system (1) for a child safety seat comprising one tensioning web (3); a retractor device (2) configured to allow tightening of the tensioning web (3), a locking mechanism, a release mechanism is connected to the retractor device (2). The release mechanism comprises an actuator, where a movement of the actuator from a first position to a second position alternates the release mechanism from the first state to the second state, and vice versa. The actuator's position allows a user to identify whether the release mechanism is in the first state or in the second state.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISENGAGING A LOCKING RETRACTOR TO PERMIT EXTRACTION OF A SEATBELT FROM THE RETRACTOR, AND FOR GENERATING A MESSAGE INDICATING THAT A LOCKING MECHANISM IN THE RETRACTOR IS ENGAGED
A system according to the present disclosure includes a pawl actuator control module. The pawl actuator control module controls a pawl actuator of a seatbelt retractor to disengage a pawl of the seatbelt retractor from a control disc of the seatbelt retractor. The pawl actuator control module disengages the pawl of the retractor from the control disc when at least one of: a tongue of the seatbelt is disengaged from a seatbelt buckle; a button on the buckle is pressed; a manual disengagement button is pressed; an occupant is present in the seat; and a user provides an instruction to disengage the pawl via a user interface device. The seatbelt retractor allows a seatbelt to be extracted from the seatbelt retractor when the pawl is disengaged from the control disc and prevents the seatbelt from being extracted from the seatbelt retractor when the pawl is engaged with the control disc.

The seatbelt retractor allows a seatbelt to be extracted from the seatbelt retractor when the pawl is disengaged from the control disc and prevents the seatbelt from being extracted from the seatbelt retractor when the pawl is engaged with the control disc.
Seat-belt retractor assembly
A restraint system includes a housing, a spool, a disc, a cutter, a plate, and an actuator. The spool is rotatably coupled to the housing. The disc is fixed to the spool. The cutter is moveable along a path from a spaced position away from the disc to a cutting position adjacent the disc. The plate is moveable between an engaged position extending in the path and a disengaged position spaced from the path. The actuator is coupled to the plate.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND SAFETY BELT ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM THEREOF
The present application discloses a child safety seat and a safety belt adjustment system thereof. The safety belt adjustment system includes: an automatic retracting device including a retracting shaft and a retractor, the retracting shaft being configured to be connected to a safety belt, the retractor driving the retracting shaft to perform a retracting rotation, so as to tension the safety belt in a buckled state; and a first locking device including a drive button and a locking member; the drive button being configured to drive the retracting shaft to perform a release rotation. The locking member has a locked position. In the locked position, the locking member locks the retracting rotation of the retracting shaft.
CHILD SAFETY SEAT AND SAFETY BELT AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS THEREOF
A child safety seat includes a base, a safety belt, a safety belt buckle and a safety belt automatic adjustment apparatus. The safety belt automatic adjustment apparatus includes a safety belt buckle fastening assembly, a safety belt retractor and a linking component. The safety belt buckle fastening assembly is rotatably connected to the base and for buckling with the safety belt buckle. The safety belt retractor includes a first ratchet and a second ratchet, and directions of teeth of the first ratchet and the second ratchet are opposite to each other. The safety belt retractor further includes a restraining assembly having a first restraining component and a second restraining component. The safety belt buckle fastening assembly rotates to drive the linking component, so as to drive the first restraining component to separate from the first ratchet or to drive the second restraining component to separate from the second ratchet.
Car seat and automatic belt adjustment apparatus thereof
An automatic belt adjustment apparatus includes a fixing buckle, a belt buckle, a belt retractor, and a position switching member. The belt buckle is configured to be buckled with the fixing buckle. The belt retractor is connected to the other end of the belt. The belt retractor includes a locking assembly configured to selectively limit the belt retractor from automatically retracting the belt. The position switching member is movably disposed on at least one of the fixing buckle and the base, and configured to selectively drive the locking assembly to switch between a first position and a second position. When the position switching member drives the locking assembly to switch to the second position, the locking assembly is refrained from limiting the belt retractor from automatically retracting the belt.
