A parked freight trailer stabilizer and restraint comprising: (a) a kingpin receiver configured to lock onto a kingpin of a parked freight trailer; (b) a jack operatively coupled to the kingpin receiver, the jack repositionable between a retracted position and an extended position; (c) a tail hold operatively coupled to the kingpin receiver, the tail hold repositionable between a stowed position and a restraining position, the tail hold configured to engage a ground mount; and, (d) a transport receiver configured to engage a transport vehicle.

A rotational engagement mechanism is arranged to, in response to a remote signal, shift a rotational engagement mechanism to selectably couple the cross-shaft adaptor with a light gear set or selectably couple the cross-shaft adaptor with a a heavy gear set.

A double-lifting device for a towing type traveling vehicle, has an active leg, a driven leg, a transmission member, a geared motor, a gear reduction structure, a first reverse gear reduction structure, and a second reverse gear reduction structure; the geared motor, the gear reduction structure, and the first reverse gear reduction structure are sequentially and drivably connected; the output end of the gear reduction structure is also used to drive the transmission member, and the transmission member is used to drive the second reverse gear reduction structure. The double-lifting device is able to achieve synchronous lifting and lowering. With a simple structure, ifs stable, easy to operate, and provides mechanical overload protection.

Electric powered landing gear system
The present invention is an electric powered landing gear system for semi-truck trailers using an electric motor supplied by the available voltage in the trailer via a motor controller. The system automates raising and lowering the landing gear. The system comprises a shaft motorized system operated by a 3-phase motor, a DC-to-AC motor controller, and a set of sprockets-and-chain mechanism. The electric motor implements a 3-phase winding and a brushless structure that requires no maintenance compared to direct current motors. The trailer provides the power for the electric motor through the motor controller. The motor controller comprises a digital electronic processor that implements an algorithm to optimize a sensorless control approach providing a variable speed and torque for the motor, and hence to the landing gear system, therefore simplifying the landing gears to a single speed from dual (or multi) speed/gear ratio. The motor controller implements a protection feature that limits over-currents when the landing gear legs are engaged to the ground or retracted to their static position, or when a fault occurs.
Electrified landing gear adaptor
The present invention is a universal adapter attachable to the landing gear shaft of a semi-truck trailer to replace the use of manual hand crank handle and facilitate automation of raising and lowering the landing gear. The automation may be electric powered using an electric impact wrench or pneumatic using an air powered impact wrench. The universal adapter significantly eliminates the issues using the existing hand-cranks handle such as back, shoulder, knee and hand injuries and reduce the operation time for raising and lowering a landing gear.
Two speed trailer jack
A linear jack includes an outer tube, a high speed assembly comprising a first rotating member threadedly coupled to a first translating member, a low speed assembly comprising a second rotating member threadedly coupled to a second translating member, wherein the low speed assembly is coupled to and translates with the first translating member. At least a portion of the high speed assembly is slidable in the outer tube between a first position, wherein the high speed assembly is engaged with a shaft, and a second position, wherein the high speed assembly is disengaged from the shaft. A thread pitch of the high speed assembly is greater than a thread pitch of the low speed assembly.

A linear jack includes an outer tube, a high speed assembly comprising a first rotating member threadedly coupled to a first translating member, a low speed assembly comprising a second rotating member threadedly coupled to a second translating member, wherein the low speed assembly is coupled to and translates with the first translating member. At least a portion of the high speed assembly is slidable in the outer tube between a first position, wherein the high speed assembly is engaged with a shaft, and a second position, wherein the high speed assembly is disengaged from the shaft. A thread pitch of the high speed assembly is greater than a thread pitch of the low speed assembly.
