The caliper piston includes a piston cavity extending from a caliper piston rim into a caliper piston body at a location longitudinally opposite, and spaced from, the brake pad. An internal piston is located at least partially within the piston cavity and is entirely enclosed in an internal space defined cooperatively by the piston cavity and the caliper cavity for reciprocal longitudinal motion with respect to the internal space. The internal piston is reciprocated by a predetermined volume of pressurized hydraulic fluid responsive to wear of the brake pad.
NON-RETURN VALVE FOR A HYDRAULIC VEHICLE POWER BRAKE SYSTEM, AND HYDRAULIC VEHICLE POWER BRAKE SYSTEM
A non-return valve having a valve opening spring is positioned between an unpressurized brake fluid reservoir and a brake master cylinder of a hydraulic vehicle power brake system having an externally-powered brake pressure generator. The non-return valve allows for a flow-through in the direction of the brake master cylinder and blocking against a return flow from the brake master cylinder into the brake fluid reservoir starting at a counterpressure in the brake master cylinder specified by the valve opening spring.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A BRAKE SYSTEM, COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT AND CONTROL UNIT
A method for operating a brake system of a motor vehicle is disclosed, wherein the brake system comprises a drive arrangement for driving at least one actuating device designed to actuate a hydraulic pressure generator. The drive arrangement has an electric drive. The hydraulic pressure generator is designed to build up a hydraulic pressure on at least one wheel brake of the motor vehicle. The method comprises the steps of: monitoring the drive arrangement and/or brake system to detect a state, such as an error state, of the drive arrangement and/or brake system; detecting a state, such as an error state, of the drive arrangement and/or brake system; and controlling the hydraulic pressure based on the detected state, such as an error state. A computer program product and control unit or system having multiple control units is also disclosed.
POSITIVE DISPLACEMENT PRESSURIZING/DEPRESSURIZING PUMP
A pump includes: fluid delivery portions each including a volume variable mechanism, a first port and a second port, and a valve mechanism; and a pump flow path formed by the three or more fluid delivery portions being connected in series, in which a movement range of each of pistons includes a maximum volume position, a minimum volume position, and a switching position, and the pump flow path is configured such that a closing movement process (movement between switching position and minimum volume position) in which the piston moves between the switching position and the minimum volume position by driving of a drive device is sequentially shifted from a first inlet/outlet port toward a second inlet/outlet port or from the second inlet/outlet port toward the first inlet/outlet port among the fluid delivery portions
AUTOMATIC RETARDING CONTROL SYSTEM
A retarding control assembly for a brake valve may include a bleed line configured for arrangement between a spring chamber of a brake command assembly and a tank line. The bleed line may include a check valve configured to allow fluid flow from the spring chamber to the tank and a check valve bypass configured to allow fluid flow from the tank line to the spring chamber passed the check valve and defining a restricted pathway.

The disclosure relates to a method for operating a hydraulic braking system in a motor vehicle having a regenerative braking function. The method comprises steps that, with respect to at least two wheel brakes, a hydraulic free travel release is carried out such that, with respect to one of the at least two wheel brakes, a hydraulic passage to an accumulator is released in order to store therein at least a volume fraction of the hydraulic fluid in the event of a displacement of a hydraulic fluid. The other of the at least two wheel brakes is hydraulically isolated. The disclosure also relates to a hydraulic braking system for a motor vehicle having a regenerative braking function and a method for controlling said braking system.

WORK VEHICLE
Provided is a work vehicle capable of satisfying a user's demand to brake performance in a flexible manner. A wheel loader 1 comprises a controller 5 storing a plurality of control characteristics each of which is set such that a brake valve control pressure Pi of a solenoid proportional valve 45 increases as a pedal angle θ of a brake pedal 43 increases, and under the condition where a pedal angle θ is equal to or less than a predetermined pedal angle θ, an increase rate of the brake valve control pressure Pi with respect to the pedal angle θ varies.
