A platform lifting assembly is pivotable relative to the frame and includes an engagement platform for supporting a container.
Ergonomic carts for metal forming operations
Embodiments of various ergonomic carts for metal forming operations and methods of use are enclosed. Each ergonomic cart eases transport of a machine tool between a machine tool storage rack and a manufacturing machine. Some forms of the ergonomic carts comprise an elevator portion to adjust to various machine and storage rack heights. Some cart embodiments include a tumbler mounted to a superior portion of a cart for rotating a machine tool in space for movement between a storage configuration and a load configuration. Various forms of tumblers are described and illustrated. Each tumbler comprises a punch channel which is rotatable within said tumbler portion between a superior facing position and an inferior facing position. In other embodiments, a clamp rack system offers a convenient method to store press clamps.
Cargo carrier and quick hitch mount
A cargo carrier has a frame, a wheel assembly coupled to the frame, and a quick release assembly. The quick release assembly allows the user to quickly raise and lower the wheel assembly with respect to the frame, or to turn an adjusting screw to more finely raise and lower the wheel assembly. In addition, a vehicle hitch mount has an outer tube and an inner tube slidably received in the outer tube. The inner tube has a retracted position in which the inner tube is retracted with respect to the outer tube, and an extended position in which the inner tube is extended with respect to the outer tube. A locking pin can be operated by the user at one side of the cargo carrier to removably lock the hitch mount to the vehicle hitch located at an opposite side of the cargo carrier.
WHEEL LIFTING DEVICE
A wheel lifting device comprising a base structure with support means for being supported by a ground surface and a lifting frame with at least one wheel support member and a frame leg which extends upwardly at an angle to the ground surface. A link mechanism is connected to the base structure and to the lifting frame and a pivotal manoeuvring lever is connected to the link mechanism for lifting the lifting frame relative to the base structure. The blocking device for locking the manoeuvring lever at any desired pivotal position comprises a weight which is slidable along the frame leg and arranged to intersect the pivotal movement path of the manoeuvring lever and to be brought into frictional engagement with the frame leg when influenced by a force generated by the manoeuvring lever in order to block the lifting frame from downward movement relative to the base structure.
Industrial truck with load rollers located in swiveling load roller carriers
An industrial truck (1) has a drive section (2) and a movable load section (4). The load section (4) has at least one wheelarm (5) with at least one load roller (6) rotatably mounted in a load roller carrier (12) which is mounted by a swivel bearing (13) on the wheelarm (5). The swivel-bearing (13) is a bearing pin (20). A linkage (10) is connected with the load roller carrier (12) by a coupling pin (21). The load roller carrier (12) has two outer bearing levers (12a, 12b) with bearing flanges (32a, 32b) for mounting the bearing pin (20) and bearing flanges (33a, 33b) for mounting the coupling pin (21), and an additional web (30) located between the outer bearing levers (12a, 12b) and having a bearing flange (32c) for mounting the bearing pin (20) and/or a bearing flange (33c) for mounting the coupling pin (21).
MANUAL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT PALLET MOVER
A pallet mover intended to lift and move pallets. The pallet mover including a first deck, a second deck and a locking mechanism. In one embodiment, the locking mechanism includes three crescent shaped brackets with elongated slots therein. The two outermost brackets pivot to lift the first deck to raised position, and position the handle upright and at the 45-degree angles (for pushing or pulling the unit). The center bracket includes an aperture to receive the spring-loaded locking pin which locks the deck and handle portion in either the up or down position. The present pallet mover is manually driven thus having increased maneuverability and lower manufacturing cost.
LIFTER SUPPORTING DEVICE
A lifter-supporting device is disclosed. The device includes a housing, a pair of loading pallets, a gearbox, a drive motor, a sliding block, a linkage unit, and at least two limit switches. The gearbox is placed on an upper portion and the drive motor is arranged at a distal end of the housing. The sliding block is attached to the gearbox for sliding in a horizontal direction over a lead screw.
