MOTORIZED ATTACHMENT FOR PULLED WAGONS
A motorized attachment to a utility wagon is provided. In one aspect, the attachment may include at least an adjustable frame for attaching to the wagon. In another aspect, the frame supports a power source, which may be disposed below the frame or above the frame. The frame, in a further embodiment, may further attach to a motor coupled or encased in a driving wheel. In one embodiment, the driving wheel may be disposed or positioned between the two existing front wheels of the wagon. In a further example, the driving wheel may include a tire with about 4 to 6 (in width) deep treated tire. The attachment may further include a control or a trigger to energize the motor and the driving wheel so that it provides the needed motion to assist the wagon.
Cart pusher, mateable carts, and related systems, methods, and devices
Various embodiments herein relate to powered pusher devices configured to push wheeled objects from one location to another. Further embodiments relate to wheeled objects such as carts for transporting items from one location to another. Other embodiments relate to platform powered pushers that can be coupled to a family of various wheeled objects.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SENSING A LOAD CARRIED BY A MATERIAL HANDLING VEHICLE
Systems and methods for sensing the presence of a load carried by a material handling vehicle are provided. The material handling vehicle includes a vehicle body, and a load supporting member configured to support the load. The material handling vehicle further includes a load sensor configured to determine the presence of the load within a defined range of the load supporting member.
Portable wheel rolling apparatus
A portable powered roller assembly configured to impart a motive force to a wheeled vehicle or structure consists of a roller mounted in a rolling support structure. The roller is rotationally driven by a battery-powered drive unit coupled through a torque multiplying transmission, and is configured for engagement with the circumferential surface of a vehicle wheel. Rotational movement of the roller in engagement with the circumferential surface of the vehicle wheel draws the powered roller assembly towards, and under, the curved circumferential surface of the vehicle wheel, imparting a force to the vehicle wheel which include both a lifting force perpendicular to the supporting surface on which the powered roller is resting, and a motive force parallel to the surface.
Device for motorizing a manual golf push cart
A device for motorizing a manual golf push cart comprises a housing containing a power unit and a control circuit. The power unit is operably connected to a motive element, such as a drive wheel, which engages the ground to propel the cart. An adjustable attachment mechanism connects the housing to the cart's frame, allowing the device to be easily attached and detached without modifications to the cart. A control interface communicates with the control circuit to regulate the power unit's operation, with power supplied by a source housed within the housing. The device provides a versatile solution for converting various manual golf push carts into motorized carts, offering enhanced user convenience and reducing physical effort during use.
Overriding control of motorized transport unit systems, devices and methods
Some embodiments include apparatuses providing control over movement of motorized transport units at a retail facility, comprising: multiple self-propelled motorized transport units; a wireless communication network; and a central computer system, wherein the central computer system comprises: a transceiver; a control circuit; and a memory storing computer instructions that when executed cause the control circuit to: receive an override command, from a worker associated with the retail facility, to cause a first motorized transport unit of the multiple motorized transport units to implement one or more actions; confirm a valid authorization of the worker to override one or more operating limits of the first motorized transport unit; and override the one or more operating limits and communicate one or more instructions to the first motorized transport unit configured to cause the first motorized transport unit to implement the one or more actions in accordance with the override command.
Electric wheelbarrow conversion kit
A system for converting an existing hand push wheelbarrow to a powered wheelbarrow by way of a single unit kit that comprises a motorized wheel, a battery, and all other necessary electrical components. The system includes wheel brackets with mounting holes sized to fit most standard wheelbarrows, so that the original passive wheel can be easily removed, and the Kit installed using the same mounting hardware. The larger of the two mounting brackets supports the component case with the battery and the motor controller, and acts as the heat sink for all the heat generating electronics within the case. This enables the entire system to be sealed and waterproof. The Kit is intended to be used in situations where heavy loads need to be transported by wheelbarrow over bumpy ground or up inclines, and motorized assistance to propel the wheelbarrow may be needed.
CART INTERFACE
A vehicle includes a chassis, a frame, a tractive element, a drive motor, and a cart interface. The cart interface includes a base frame coupled to the frame assembly of the vehicle, and a first and second pin assembly. The first and second pin assembly each include first pin configured to engage a cart and a actuator configured to raise the pin relative to the frame. The first pin assembly also includes a first linear actuator configured to bias the first pin relative to the first linear actuator and to permit relative movement between the first pin and first linear actuator. The cart interface includes a first actuator to reposition the first pin independently of the second pin and is configured to hold the pin in either of a lowered position, a raised position above a lowered position and an intermediate position between the raised and lowered positions.
VEHICLE WITH REMOVABLE PIN FOR LIFT ASSEMBLY
A vehicle system includes a first vehicle and a second vehicle. The first vehicle includes a first drive motor configured to drive one or more of a first plurality of tractive elements to propel the first vehicle, and a first cradle configured to support a product at a first end thereof for movement. The second vehicle includes a second drive motor configured to drive one or more of a second plurality of tractive elements to propel the second vehicle, and a second cradle configured to support the product at a second end thereof for movement. The first vehicle and the second vehicle move the product via at least one of the first drive motor or the second drive motor.
