Bracket and steering apparatus
A bracket includes a first plate that faces a steering column, a second plate that faces a column cover covering the steering column, and a third plate that connects the first plate and the second plate, and a fourth plate that intersects with the first plate and the third plate.
STEERING COLUMN BREAKAWAY AND ENERGY ABSORPTION APPARATUS
An article for a steering column assembly (10) including a connection member (60) having a base portion (62) adapted to be attached to a column tube (30) of the steering column assembly (10) and opposing side walls (64) extending from the base portion (62). The article further includes an energy absorption member (80) having a first generally flat segment (82), a second generally flat segment (84) generally parallel to the first generally flat segment (82), and a curved portion (86) therebetween. The energy absorption member (80) extends from the base of the connection member (60). The present teachings also envision a telescoping adjustment subassembly and a steering column assembly (10) employing the article.

Steering device
A steering device includes an inner column, an outer column, a hanger bracket, and a fixing member. The hanger bracket has a guide hole which extends in the front-rear direction and through which the shaft portion of the fixing member passes. An edge portion of the guide hole of the hanger bracket is provided with a fixing portion and a gradually increasing resistance portion. The seat portion of the fixing member comes into contact with the fixing portion to fix the hanger bracket to the inner column. The gradually increasing resistance portion is disposed in front of the fixing portion and gradually increases frictional resistance between the fixing member and the hanger bracket according to forward displacement of the fixing member when the fixing member is displaced forward together with inner column by a secondary collision load being input to the steering shaft.
Work vehicle
An annular member includes a first through hole extending through a first face to a second face forming the back face relative to the first face and having an inner face formed as a concave curved face and a tubular spherical inner ring having an outer face formed as a convex curved face extending along the inner face of the first through hole. The spherical inner face is pivotable and tiltable along the inner face of the first through hole. In a lock mechanism, the annular member is supported to a steering support mount with a support portion being fixed to the spherical inner ring of the annular member provided at the one end and the other end is pivotally supported to a vehicle body frame and supports a tilt lever.

Stop for Absorbing Lateral Loads
An X-axis steering column includes a cap, a U-shaped tab attached to the cap, and an upper tube that slides relative to a lower tube. An attachment for attaching the cap to the U-shaped tab includes two screws and at least one stop in contact with at least one lateral groove. The at least one stop is configured to absorb lateral loads without any longitudinal movement of the steering column being impeded, including during adjustment of the steering column or during an impact due to a collision.

STEERING COLUMN OF VEHICLE
According to the present embodiments, it is possible to prevent a tooth-on-tooth engagement between gear teeth, which may occur during the telescoping operation of the steering column, thereby leading to stable locking of the steering column, enhancing the driver's feeling of lever manipulation, and preventing damage to components.
