Rear cargo bed structure of multipurpose vehicle
A rear cargo bed structure of a multipurpose vehicle is provided. The multipurpose vehicle includes a vehicle frame unit, a steering device connected to the vehicle frame unit and operable to control a moving direction of the multipurpose vehicle, a front wheel assembly mounted to a front end of the vehicle frame unit, a seat portion mounted on the vehicle frame unit to receive a driver and a passenger to sit thereon, a rear wheel assembly mounted to a rear end of the vehicle frame unit, and a vehicle cover unit set on and covering a periphery of the vehicle frame unit. A rear cargo bed in the form of a flat surface is arranged on a rear frame portion of the vehicle frame unit. As such, the performance of the multipurpose vehicle for carrying cargo is improved.
Multi-position tailgate and support system
A tailgate assembly for a vehicle includes, among other things, a tailgate configured to pivot relative to a vehicle body between a closed position, a fully open position, and a secondary position that is between the closed position and the fully open position. The assembly further includes a cable device having a tailgate connector and a vehicle connector. The tailgate connector is coupled to the tailgate. The vehicle connector couples to a sidewall of the vehicle in first position to support the tailgate in the fully open position. The vehicle connector couples to the sidewall of the vehicle in a second position to support the tailgate in a secondary position. The first position is vertically below the second position. The assembly still further includes a bracket that blocks removal of the tailgate from the vehicle body when the tailgate is in the fully open position and when the tailgate is in the secondary position.
Vehicle cargo tailgate enclosure
A tailgate enclosure for use with a vehicle can include a plurality of cross-members, a first upright, a second upright, and only one additional upright. Each of the cross-members can be vertically spaced apart from an adjacent one of the cross-members and can include a first beam, a second beam, and a central beam having a first end and a second end, the central beam positioned at least partially between the first and second beams. The first upright can secure the first beam of each of the cross-members to a first sidewall of the vehicle and the second upright can secure the second beam of each of the cross-members to a second sidewall of the vehicle. The additional upright can be positioned along the central beam of each of the cross-members between the first and second ends of the central beam.
Vehicle cargo tailgate enclosure
A tailgate enclosure for use with a vehicle can include a plurality of cross-members, a first upright, a second upright, and only one additional upright. Each of the cross-members can be vertically spaced apart from an adjacent one of the cross-members and can include a first beam, a second beam, and a central beam having a first end and a second end, the central beam positioned at least partially between the first and second beams. The first upright can secure the first beam of each of the cross-members to a first sidewall of the vehicle and the second upright can secure the second beam of each of the cross-members to a second sidewall of the vehicle. The additional upright can be positioned along the central beam of each of the cross-members between the first and second ends of the central beam.
Multimode tailgate assembly
A cargo assembly is provided for use with a vehicle or trailer including a cargo area having a bed floor and a pair of sidewalls on opposite sides of the bed floor. The cargo area including an open end along an edge of the bed floor. A tailgate panel is disposed in the open end and includes first and second side edges having an upper connection mechanism and a lower connection mechanism that are each releasably and pivotally engaged with the pair of sidewalls.

The rear wall is configured to slope upwardly and rearwardly to provide additional storage space to a cargo bed of a vehicle. The cargo tailgate enclosure further comprises tubular members which comprise a non-circular cross section which provide exceptional strength a structural stability to the cargo tailgate enclosure. The cargo tailgate enclosure further comprises a plurality of upright members. Some of the upright members are configured to attach the cargo tailgate enclosure to a vehicle and to cap the tubular members. Other upright members are configured to support the tailgate enclosure against the surface cargo bed or a tailgate of a vehicle.

Hinged and Sectioned Drop-In Flatbed Side Rails
A disclosed flatbed truck side rail and stake pocket system includes side rail sections for each lateral side of the flatbed, wherein each side rail comprises at least one hinge attached at a first hinge plate wherein the side rails together span each lateral side of the flatbed. Also, stake stubs are each attached to a second hinge plate of each at least one hinge and are configured drop-in receivable into a stake pocket in the flatbed. Additionally, a stake in a lateral side of the flatbed supports the siderails via a spring loaded pin inserted through the stake and into at least one side rail. Furthermore, a flatbed comprising a traverse pocket underneath the flatbed and behind a rear license plate is disclosed. The traverse pocket comprises rails configured to receive at least one loading ramp and latch it therein.
Hinged and Sectioned Drop-In Flatbed Side Rails
A disclosed flatbed truck side rail and stake pocket system includes side rail sections for each lateral side of the flatbed, wherein each side rail comprises at least one hinge attached at a first hinge plate wherein the side rails together span each lateral side of the flatbed. Also, stake stubs are each attached to a second hinge plate of each at least one hinge and are configured drop-in receivable into a stake pocket in the flatbed. Additionally, a stake in a lateral side of the flatbed supports the siderails via a spring loaded pin inserted through the stake and into at least one side rail. Furthermore, a flatbed comprising a traverse pocket underneath the flatbed and behind a rear license plate is disclosed. The traverse pocket comprises rails configured to receive at least one loading ramp and latch it therein.
