HYDRAULIC DROP FRAME TRAILER
A hydraulic drop frame trailer for a tow vehicle, the hydraulic drop frame trailer including a trailer frame having two sides and a hitch, a pair of wheels, a first and second frame bracket, a trailer bed mounted over the trailer frame, a first and second pivoting hydraulic cylinder, a plurality of hydraulic hoses, a first and second pivoting arm, an operating station connected to a power supply, a first and second axle-less wheel mount with independent suspension mechanism mounted to the first and second pivoting arm, and a plurality of safety locks, each securing an arm to the trailer frame for locking each rotating arm to the trailer bed during transport.
TOWING SYSTEMS
A portable towing system for a motorcycle or similar vehicle, such as a trike, the frame of which can be lowered to ground level to facilitate loading of the motorcycle or similar vehicle by pushing or riding the vehicle onto the frame without risk of the vehicle falling off the sides of a steeply inclined ramp. The towing system may be assembled, raised, lowered, and disassembled by a single person, if desired. The raising and lowering of the frame is effected by a lifting and lowering mechanism connected with the wheel assemblies.
Road trailer with lift frame for transporting and deploying legged containers
A trailer has a main frame with a neck portion on its forward end. A pivot fifth wheel is rotatably affixed to the forward end of the neck portion. The pivot fifth wheel releasably attaches to the fifth wheel of a towing vehicle. An axle frame is rotatably affixed to the rearward end of the main frame, and rotates with respect to the main frame. The pivot fifth wheel and the axle frame are configured to pivot and move the main frame upwardly a vertical distance.
Drop deck trailer with suspension system, loading system, and interchangeable deck system
A drop deck trailer is provided with a deck that has the ability to raise and lower to conveniently load and unload goods and materials on the deck. A pneumatic system can raise and lower the deck and also serve as a suspension system for the trailer to dampen the relative movement between a frame and the deck. In addition, some embodiments of the trailer have a deck with a movable carriage that can move along the deck to automatically load a vehicle such as a golf cart. The carriage has rollers that secure the front wheels of a vehicle, and the carriage moves along the decks to pull the vehicle onto the deck. Moreover, various embodiments of a trailer frame can selectively connect to different decks to allow each deck to be specialized for particular goods and materials.
TRAILER
A trailer includes a frame comprising a front end, a rear end and a vehicle platform for supporting a working machine to be transported on the trailer frame. Wheels support the trailer on a ground surface. At least one loading ramp is attached in an articulated manner to the rear end of the trailer frame by a transverse pivot joint. Each loading ramp is arranged to rest on the ground surface in a loading position for moving the working machine onto the vehicle platform. Each loading ramp) includes a ramp frame having a first end adjacent the rear end of the trailer frame and a second end opposite the first end. A transverse pivot joint is formed in the ramp frame between the first end of the ramp frame and the second end at a distance (d) from the first end of the ramp frame and includes at least one pivot pin and at least one slot which allow a limited inclination of each loading ramp about a longitudinal axis located between the first end of the ramp frame and the second end of the ramp frame. One of either the pivot pin and the slot is formed in the ramp frame and the other of the pivot pin and the slot is formed in the rear end of the trailer frame.
LOW BED HIGH DUMP TRAILER
A multi-purpose trailer includes: a trailer frame with a tongue or a gooseneck located at a forward end of the trailer frame and an axle with wheels located adjacent a rearward end of the trailer frame; a pair of slanted arms affixed adjacent the rearward end of the trailer frame; a box pivotally mounted to a distal end of each slanted arm, the box having an upper structural frame and a slanted tailgate; and a pair of movement arms with one end of each movement arm pivotally affixed to the trailer frame and/or adjacent the slanted arm and another end of each movement arm pivotally affixed to the upper structural frame of the box, the movement arms move the box between a load position and a dump position.
Half-Round Cargo Container and Trailer
A half-round cargo container comprises a plurality of curved panels and has a longitudinal axis. Each curved panel has a cross-sectional profile in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, wherein the respective cross-sectional profiles of the curved panels have curved shapes with a common curvature. Adjacent pairs of the curved panels are joined at respective abutting longitudinal edges parallel to the longitudinal axis to form a semi-cylindrical shell. The half-round cargo container has a top opening.
FOLDING TRAILER FOR STOWAGE AND METHODS OF USE
The inventive disclosures described herein pertain to an improved folding trailer that, in many embodiments, is comprised of an improved swivel jack to more-easily aid in safe trailer-folding operations, a hinged trailer tongue, an integral winch with an extended flexible coupling shaft, and an external or onboard rotational power source to drive the winch. More specifically, this folding-trailer configuration minimizes the physical exertion required of a user to fold or unfold the trailer, as well as significantly reduces the potential for serious user injury during the folding/unfolding process. The improved folding trailer also features foldable cargo-containment sides and multi-positionable tailgate, as well as removable/configurable cargo-carrying racks/rails.
TRUCK WELL BARRIER SYSTEM
A barrier rail system is used with a truck well or drive-through truck bay, in which a truck, such as a flatbed trailer is positioned. The truck well has a floor and opposing upstanding side walls and at least one stanchion positioned on a surface adjacent to and outboard of one of the upstanding side walls. The barrier rail system includes a barrier rail having at least one upright post and at least one post mounted transverse to the upright post. A movable link is mounted to the upright post and mountable to the stanchion. The barrier rail is movable from a stowed position in which the barrier rail is adjacent the upstanding sidewall to a deployed position in which the barrier rail is moved away from the upstanding sidewall and the stanchion and over the well. The system can also be used on drive-through truck bays.
Transportable equipment platform
Disclosed is a mobile platform on which equipment is mounted. A structural frame for a platform used to transport equipment may include a bottom rail configured to rest on the ground, a top rail vertically offset from the bottom rail, a plurality of pillars extending between the top and bottom rails, a forward support point, and an aft support point, wherein the structural frame is configured to support a downward force on the bottom rail when the structural frame is suspended between the forward and aft support points.
