PIVOT ASSEMBLY FOR A GROUND-CONTACTING WHEEL ASSEMBLY
A pivot assembly for connecting a ground-contacting wheel assembly to a frame member of a track system assembly has a base defining a first interlocking member, a resilient body structured for being received at least partially within the base and having a second interlocking member connectable to the first interlocking member, and an axle assembly configured for rotatably connecting the ground-contacting wheel assembly to the frame member, the axle assembly including a third interlocking member connectable to the second interlocking member. The resilient body is at least partially wrappable around the peripheral surface of the axle assembly. Upon deformation of the resilient body, the axle assembly is pivotally movable relative to the frame member of the track system assembly about at least one of a longitudinal axis and a vertical axis.
TRACK SYSTEM FOR TRACTION OF A VEHICLE
A track system for traction of a vehicle (e.g., a construction vehicle such as a compact track loader). The track system comprises a track comprising a ground-engaging outer side for engaging the ground and an inner side opposite to the ground-engaging outer side. The track system comprises a track-engaging arrangement for driving and guiding the track around the track-engaging arrangement. The track-engaging arrangement comprises a drive wheel for driving the track and a plurality of roller wheels for rolling on the inner side of the track along a bottom run of the track. The track system comprises a frame for supporting components of the track system, including the roller wheels. The frame may be configured to avoid constraining the roller wheels, which may allow the roller wheels to be wider and better distributed loading onto the track. A rolling contact interface between a roller wheel and the inner side of the track may be nonparallel to a widthwise direction of the track.
Track assembly having a rotation limiting device and vehicle having same
A track assembly for a vehicle includes: a frame; a plurality of track-contacting wheels; an endless track disposed around the track-contacting wheels; a rotation limiting device for limiting rotation of the track assembly relative to a vehicle frame; a connection bracket for connecting the rotation limiting device to the frame; and a bushing assembly slidably connecting a device connecting end of the connection bracket to an elongate support of the rotation limiting device. The bushing assembly includes an inner bushing slidably mounted to the elongate support, an outer bushing affixed to the device connecting end, and a resilient element connected between the bushings. The resilient element is resiliently deformable such that: the inner bushing is rotatable relative to the outer bushing such that an inner bushing axis can be angled relative to an outer bushing axis; and the inner bushing is axially movable relative to the outer bushing.

SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING AT LEAST ONE SUPPORT WHEEL ASSEMBLY TO A FRAME MEMBER OF A TRACK SYSTEM AND TRACK SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
A support structure having at least one connecting member, a shaft, at least one axle transversally connected to the shaft and at least one resilient member for connecting the at least one support wheel assembly to a frame of a track system is disclosed. The at least one resilient body defines an aperture, in which one of first and second portions of the shaft is received, and has an inner portion that is fixedly connected to the one of first and second portions and an outer portion that is fixedly connected to the at least one connecting member. Upon resilient deformation of the at least one resilient member, the shaft is rotatable, and the at least one axle is pivotable, about the longitudinal axis. The at least one resilient body biases the shaft toward an initial position upon rotation thereof. A track system having the support structure is also disclosed.

Controls for a work machine
A compact work machine, such as a compact track loader and/or a compact utility loader, which can carry and operate a wide range of attachments while maintaining a reduced operating footprint.
Track assembly with idler wheel vibration dampening rocker suspension supports
An endless track assembly that mounts to a vehicle drive linkage. The track assembly includes a belted track, drive sprocket, framework and sets of ramp/road and idler/road wheels that support interior track surfaces. Idler axles are secured fore and aft of co-planar pivot members at rocker assemblies laterally interleaved between suspended idler/road wheels laterally spanning the framework. Each rocker assembly supports an elastomer cushion on a rocker plate that pivots in a housing between opposed wear plates to compress and expand and resist pivoting rocker plate movements.
Multi-member frame assembly for a track system
A multi-member frame assembly for a track system includes a pivot pin defining a pivot axis, a leading frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, and a trailing frame member pivotally connected to the pivot pin for pivoting about the pivot axis, the trailing frame member pivoting independently from the leading frame member. A resilient member is pivotally connected to the leading frame member and to the trailing frame member. The resilient member extends generally vertically between the leading frame member and the trailing frame member. A track system having a multi-member frame assembly is also described.
Track assembly with resilient axle suspension supports
An endless track assembly that mounts to a vehicle drive linkage. The track assembly includes a belted track, drive sprocket and sets of internal idler/road wheels that support interior track surfaces. Road axles having an appended, radially extending flange couple to axle housings at the framework shaped to contain one or more resilient cushions and an axle wear plate. The resilient cushions are supported in mating cooperation with channels at the axle flange and channels and appendages at the axle housings to independently compress and expand with road axle movement relative to the track framework over undulating terrain.
