An adapter is attached to an outwardly-directed surface of one of the inner rings. A plurality of rods are attached in a spaced-apart manner about the outer peripheral edge of the inner rings. A guide ring is attached to each end of the rods in a perpendicular manner, wherein the guide rings are substantially parallel to the inner rings.
Attachment device for track support beam of tracked vehicle
In one aspect of the present invention is provided an attachment device (100) for attachment of a trailing arm (54a) to a track support beam (22) intended to be connected, via said trailing arm (54a), to a center beam (30, 32) or other structural element situated between two track assemblies (21) of a tracked vehicle (10). The attachment device (100) is secured to the track support beam (22) and configured to attach the trailing arm (54a) to the track support beam (22) via an axis (X2) running above and substantially centrally along an upper side of the track support beam (22), in the longitudinal direction of the track support beam. In this way, a robust, structurally strong, suspension-admitting attachment device that is easy to manufacture and assemble is achieved. In another aspect of the invention is provided a tracked vehicle (10) comprising such an attachment device (100) and in a further aspect of the invention a method of manufacturing a track support beam (22) comprising such an attachment device (100).
Track system having low vibrations
The present invention generally relates to vehicle and machinery in agriculture, construction, forestry, mining and powersport. It further generally relates to track systems and traction assemblies used with such vehicles. The track assembly includes components having particular features that, alone or in combination, participate in decreasing the vibrations 5 undergone by the vehicle. According to embodiments, split frames are used with suspension, tandem subassemblies, tridem subassemblies, adjustable damping components, drive shaft openings, lowering of resulting the track band tension and rosta assemblies.
TRACK SYSTEM
Track system for a vehicle having a chassis and a drive shaft extending laterally outwardly from the chassis includes: An attachment assembly having a leading pivot and a trailing pivot. A multi-member frame assembly including: a leading frame member pivotably connected to the attachment assembly via the leading pivot for pivoting about a leading pivot axis; a trailing frame member pivotably connected to the attachment assembly via the trailing pivot for pivoting about a trailing pivot axis; a leading wheel-bearing frame member at least indirectly pivotably connected to the leading frame member; a trailing wheel-bearing frame member at least indirectly pivotably connected to the trailing frame member. A damper interconnecting the leading frame member and the trailing frame member. A leading idler wheel assembly; a trailing idler wheel assembly; support wheel assemblies; a gearbox; a sprocket wheel; and an endless track.
TRACK ROLLER UNIT FOR AN AGRICULTURAL WORKING MACHINE
A track roller unit for an agricultural working machine has at least one first guide roller and one second guide roller. The first guide roller is mounted on a first supporting arm and the second guide roller is mounted on a second supporting arm. At least one support roller is situated between the guide rollers, and a track belt wraps around the guide rollers and the at least one support roller. A hydropneumatic damping element is assigned to at least one guide roller and/or one support roller. At least one regulated restrictor device, which is assigned to a damping element, is provided and is designed in such a way that its flow resistance is adjustable during the operation of the track roller unit.
Track system
A track system for use with a vehicle includes an attachment assembly connectable to the chassis of the vehicle having a multi-pivot assembly having a first pivot extending longitudinally and defining a roll pivot axis, and a second pivot extending laterally and defining a pitch pivot axis. A frame assembly is disposed laterally outwardly from the attachment assembly and connected thereto. The frame assembly includes at least one wheel-bearing frame member. The track system further includes at least one actuator connected between the attachment assembly and the frame assembly for pivoting the frame assembly about the roll pivot axis, a leading idler wheel assembly, a trailing idler wheel assembly, at least one support wheel assembly, and an endless track.
Suspension device for tracked vehicle
The invention relates to a suspension device for tracked vehicles, which vehicle comprises at least one pair of track assemblies, where each track assembly of the pair of track assemblies comprises a track support beam, at least one drive wheel, a plurality of support wheels and an endless track, wherein the drive wheel and the plurality of support wheels are rotatably secured to the track support beam. The drive wheel is arranged to drive the endless track running over the at least one drive wheel and the plurality of support wheels. The suspension device comprises a first suspension configuration constituting a support wheel suspension configuration configured to resiliently secure the support wheels to the track support beam, and a second suspension configuration configured to connect the track assembly pair with a centrally arranged center beam. The invention also relates to a tracked vehicle.

TENSIONING SYSTEM FOR AN ENDLESS TRACK SYSTEM
Endless track system tensioning system comprising: Tensioner having a cylinder and a piston within the cylinder forming a variable volume chamber containing liquid. Reservoir containing liquid and gas fluidly connected to the cylinder chamber. Conduit fluidly connected between the chamber and the reservoir allowing liquid to flow therebetween to move a position of the piston. The gas applying hydrostatic pressure to liquid biasing the piston toward an extended position, biasing an idler wheel assembly against an endless track. Valve disposed along the conduit for controlling liquid flow through the conduit, movable between: Open position in which liquid is allowed to flow, rendering piston movable, allowing for relative movement between a frame and an idler wheel assembly. Closed position in which liquid is prevented from flowing rendering piston effectively immovable within the chamber, effectively preventing relative movement between frame and idler wheel assembly.
