Bicycle rear suspension
The vehicle includes a frame member to be suspended relative to the ground. The suspension of the invention includes an arm (such as a swingarm), a slide link, and a control link. The arm having a first end and a second end; it extends between the frame generally at the first end and the ground-engaging member generally at the second end. The slide link is coupled between the frame and the arm. The slide link is rotationally fixed to the arm to rotationally move therewith. It is pivotally secured to the frame. The control link is also coupled to the frame and to the arm.

The second frame is connected to the first frame and extends rearward from a connecting position between the second and first frames. A seat is fixed to the second frame. The third frame is connected to the first frame at a position lower than the connecting position between the second and first frames, extends rearward from the connecting position between the third and first frames, and then connected to the second frame. The storage member includes a first storage portion storing a battery and a second storage portion storing a tool casing and which is positioned below the first storage portion. In the side view, the first and second storage portions are arranged in an internal space surrounded by the first, second, and third frames. The first and second storage portions are arranged side by side in a vertical direction.
Saddle Type Vehicle
A saddle type vehicle (e.g., a motorcycle) includes first, second, and third frames and a storage member. The second frame is connected to the first frame and extends rearward from a connecting position between the second and first frames. A seat is fixed to the second frame. The third frame is connected to the first frame at a position lower than the connecting position between the second and first frames, extends rearward from the connecting position between the third and first frames, and then connected to the second frame. The storage member includes a first storage portion storing a battery and a second storage portion storing a tool casing and which is positioned below the first storage portion. In the side view, the first and second storage portions are arranged in an internal space surrounded by the first, second, and third frames. The first and second storage portions are arranged side by side in a vertical direction.

A trailing link multi-bar suspension assembly for a cycle having improved stability includes a first arm having a first arm fixed pivot and a first arm shock pivot. A shock link has a shock link fixed pivot and a shock link floating pivot. A shock absorber has a first shock mount and a second shock mount. A wheel carrier has a wheel carrier first pivot and a wheel carrier second pivot spaced apart from one another, and a wheel mount that is adapted to be connected to a wheel. A control link has a control link floating pivot and a control link fixed pivot, the control link floating pivot being pivotably connected to the wheel carrier second pivot, and the control link fixed pivot being pivotably connected to the first arm control pivot.
Compact foldable scooter and method of using the same
A foldable electric scooter and a manufacture method of the same. The foldable electric scooter includes a main body assembly, a front fork assembly located at the front end of the main body assembly, a rear fork assembly located at the rear end of the main body assembly, a telescoping plate assembly located on top of the front fork assembly and a handlebar assembly located on top of the telescoping plate assembly. The foldable electric scooter has a double headset design that increases a rake angle for more steering stability while still keeping the steering upright for an upright holding of the handlebars. The foldable electric scooter is manufactured by stamping of flat plate material.

A suspension device for a non-steered driving wheel including a wheel carrier having an in-wheel motor incorporated therein for driving the driving wheel, and a suspension arm pivotally supported on a vehicle body and connected to the wheel carrier by a connecting structure. The connecting structure includes a plate member fixed to the wheel carrier by fastening and a pair of elastic bushing devices attached to the plate member. The suspension arm has an open cross sectional portions for receiving portions of the plate member and the elastic bushing devices, and the elastic bushing devices are fixed to the open cross sectional portions at both ends.
Suspension device for non-steered driving wheel incorporating in-wheel motor
A suspension device for a non-steered driving wheel including a wheel carrier having an in-wheel motor incorporated therein for driving the driving wheel, and a suspension arm pivotally supported on a vehicle body and connected to the wheel carrier by a connecting structure. The connecting structure includes a plate member fixed to the wheel carrier by fastening and a pair of elastic bushing devices attached to the plate member. The suspension arm has an open cross sectional portions for receiving portions of the plate member and the elastic bushing devices, and the elastic bushing devices are fixed to the open cross sectional portions at both ends.
SADDLE RIDING VEHICLE
A saddle riding vehicle includes: a pair of left and right seat rails disposed below a seat for a passenger; a battery disposed below the seat; and a regulator connected to the battery. In the saddle riding vehicle, when viewed from above, the battery and the regulator are arranged in a longitudinally aligned state between the left and right seat rails, the regulator and the battery are disposed such that the regulator is disposed below an upper surface of the battery in order to form a stepped portion, and an intake duct of an intake device is disposed in a space formed above the regulator by the stepped portion.
