There is provided a bicycle assembly including a front frame portion having at least one front frame support member. The bicycle assembly also includes a rear frame portion having at least one upper rear frame support member and at least one lower rear frame support member. At least one junction member is removably coupled with the front frame support member, the junction member having a lower frame member coupling end portion and an upper frame member coupling end portion. The lower rear frame support member is coupled with the lower frame member coupling end portion. The upper rear frame support member is coupled with the junction member between the lower frame member coupling end portion and the upper frame member coupling end portion. There is thereby provided a modular bicycle frame assembly wherein components may be removed and replaced to accommodate user biomechanics and terrain aspects.

A bicycle includes a front wheel; a rear wheel; a frame including a main frame portion and an articulating frame portion, the articulating frame portion including an upper frame link pivotally supported at a first axis by the main frame portion; and a lower shock link pivotally coupled to the main frame portion at a second axis; and a shock absorber having a first end pivotally supported by the main frame portion, and a second end pivotally supported by one or both of an upper shock link and the lower shock link, wherein, when the bicycle is positioned on a horizontal surface with the articulating frame portion in a relaxed configuration, the second axis is positioned forward of the first axis.

There is provided a vehicle body frame of a straddle-type vehicle. A tank rail extends rearward from a head pipe at an upper side of a power unit. A body frame has a pair of side frame parts extending downward from a rear end side of the tank rail, an upper coupling part couples upper parts of the side frame parts, and a lower coupling part couples lower parts of the pair of side frame parts. Front and rear mount parts support the power unit. Swing arm support parts are provided in the side frame parts. A link member connecting part connects a link member configured to couple the swing arm and a rear cushion each other. The rear mount part is formed at a front part of the lower coupling part, and the link member connecting part is formed at a rear part of the lower coupling part.

In some examples, the other ternary link may comprise a rocker arm coupling a seat stay link to the shock absorber.
