Trolling assembly with breakaway system
10966419 · 2021-04-06 ·

A trolling assembly with breakaway system, that has a movable arm assembly, an adjustable assembly, a mounting assembly, which has an extension arm having a first angle, an arm connector assembly, an actuator assembly, and a shield arm assembly that defines an acute angle, while in a deployed configuration, with a water line that a sea vessel is in while in a path of travel to shield a fishing line and baits and/or lures from seaweed and debris by pushing the seaweed and debris upwardly towards the water line along a tapered end of the shield arm assembly to then be released. The shield arm assembly, in the deployed configuration, extends outwardly from the sea vessel to define a second angle, and is fixedly connected to the arm connector assembly providing the shield arm assembly a predetermined resistance to maintain the acute angle while in the deployed configuration.

A fishing line guide device for preventing snags and fish loss includes a rod and a cylinder. The cylinder is coupled to a bottom of the rod so that the cylinder is perpendicular to the rod. The rod is configured to be grasped in hands of a user, positioning the user to position the cylinder on a fishing line between a fishing pole and a hooked fish. The user is positioned to guide the line away from an obstruction as a fisherman reels in the line with the line sliding over the cylinder.

Bobber with programmable armature
10932457 · 2021-03-02 ·

A bait mover fishing bobber having a battery, control circuit board, memory, a processor, a communication device, and a motor. The motor connects to coupling that extends through the wall of the lower housing. An armature which is located outside of the bobber connects to the opposing end of the coupling and to an opening on the antipodal side of the lower housing from the motor. The control circuit board is programmed to cause variations to the movement and interval of moments of the armature. The control circuit board contains components that allow the armature to be controlled from programs stored in its memory or by using an application on a mobile device. The armature is caused to move such that it engages with fishing line such that any bait on the end of the fishing line will that will move both vertically and horizontally.

LIVE BAIT RIG

A method and apparatus for a fishing bait line for fishing is presented. The fishing bait line having a main line. The main line has a first end, a second end and a middle portion. A first barrel swivel is coupled to the first end of the main line. A clip swivel is coupled to the second end of the main line. A second barrel swivel is coupled to the middle portion of the main line. One or more glow in the dark beads are coupled substantially near the middle portion of the main line. A glow in the dark chum cylinder coupled to middle portion of the main line. A sponge inserted into the glow in the dark chum cylinder. A hook line threaded through a second end of the glow in the dark chum cylinder and threaded through the sponge. The hook line is coupled to the second barrel swivel. The hook line has a hook for fishing.

Adjustable tension fishing line release apparatus

An offshore fishing apparatus aligns properly, is light weight, and is consistently adjustable by the user to their desired tension for smooth release of their fishing line when a fish strikes or when any force overcomes the applied tension placed on the fishing line release arm. The device further includes a proximal beveled entry and exit including a pivot ball with an aperture, through which a kite or connection line is run through. The pivot ball allows the device to pivot in the direction the fishing line moves. The device is advantageously light weight, in part due to lightweight materials used to construct the device without reducing the device's performance.

Lure strike indicating assembly
10856538 · 2020-12-08 ·

A lure strike indicating assembly for preventing obstruction of rod guides includes an indicator, a filament, and a coupler. The filament is coupled to and extends between the indicator and the coupler. The coupler is configured to slidably couple to a fishing line. A fastener is coupled to the indicator. The fastener is configured to selectively couple to the coupler and the fishing line so that the indicator is fixedly positioned relative to a lure that is coupled to an end of the fishing line. The fastener also is configured to decouple from the coupler and the fishing line in the event of a strike on the lure. The coupler is slidably positionable relative to the lure to prevent the indicator from obstructing a guide on a tip of a fishing rod to which the fishing line is coupled as the fishing line is retracted into a reel.
