A diving mask (1) comprising a rigid frame (10) having a front perimeter edge (11a) and a rear perimeter edge (11b). The rigid frame (10) provides an upper portion (12) and a lower portion (13) connected by a first and a second lateral portion (14a, 14b). The mask (1) provides, furthermore, a visor (20) made of a transparent material and fixed to the rigid frame (10) and an inhalation duct, or snorkel, (30) for inhaling the air during inspiration. Inside of the rigid frame (10) a face member (40) is fixed that is made of a soft and flexible material configured to be arranged, in use, in contact with the user's face. A partition member (43) divides the volume between the visor (20) and the face member (40) in an upper chamber (21) pneumatically connected to the inhalation duct, or snorkel, (30) through at least an opening (44), and in a lower chamber (22) arranged to house, in use, the nose and the mouth of the user. A discharge duct (60) pneumatically connects the lower chamber (22) with at least an exit mouth (75) for the exit of the exhaled air that is made at the rear perimeter edge (10b) of rigid frame (10).

The mask comprises an outer mask and a breathing mask provided within the outer mask and, equipped with a breathing chamber. The breathing tube assembly comprises a first breathing tube and a one-way inhaling valve. The breathing tube is connected to the breathing mask through the inhaling valve. The exhaust valve is connected and mounted on the outer mask and the breathing mask. While inhaling, the inhaling valve conducts and air enters the chamber through the breathing tube. While exhaling, the exhaust valve conducts and air flows from the chamber to outside. The invention aims at making an innovation to the breathing system by separating, the exhalation and suction mechanically, to make sure air in the breathing cavity is always fresh, and to increase the safety performance.

The sport snorkel device provides a novel design that significantly reduces drag and resistance, including by directing breathing tubes down the sides of the chin and under the jaw line toward the neck, around the neck and rejoining and going to the surface at the back of the neck behind the swimmer's head. This novel design with tubes running under the jawline and behind the head significantly reduces the portion of snorkel tubing directly in the water flow stream and thus reduces drag and resistance. The foldable breathing mask has the advantages of quickness in folding and convenience in assembling.
